Reserved a furniture dolly with trailer. When picking up was informed they had no dolly. This was a huge problem. It was the main reason for my move. I needed it. They called around town and said they found another place across town that had 6. I drove there and they had none. U-Haul's system is screwed up. I never got one. I was pissed off.
Steve S.You need to greatly improve your app. I did not receive the initial messages so picking up took me over three hours. I had to work online and then be redirected to the app. The only reason I was actually able to pick up my vehicle is because the owner of the shop came in for some thing else. We both spent significant amount of time on the phone. The final customer service rep was fantastic, somewhere along the line one of the reps changed my pick up time to 11 PM. It was frustrating and confusing. I don't think once you've ordered a truck you should have to look under the more information bars on the app to find your order. There Hass to be a way to make that populate. All in all I was satisfied with the truck and the shop I got it from, but the process was absolutely absurd. Returning the vehicle did take 12 forevers, but it was nothing like the process of picking it up. I was due at ten. It was literally closing into 1 pm when I drove off the lot.

KEN T.I'm the one that had a tail lens pop out as I was going down the road. Tow trailers need re-designed because lens was installed plastic fenders, As they age, they get brittle. This one was all cracked before I picked it up. Not only 1 but both lense mounts. Thanks

Jerry F.UHAUL changed my pickup location. Disrespectful. UHAUL system using cellphone really sucks, dont work easy. Truck was dirty and got rear tire flat, called for help, never showed up UHAUL assume pickup location have good cellphone signal to navigate their system but not in this place. I will not recommend UHAUL at all.
