Agent should have cautioned us that there is a low railroad underpass in Miles City which was too low for the truck that we rented. Fortunately, we saw the sign in time and detoured around.

Try not to make promises on the front end only to take them off at the back-end, charging your customers a fortune, not to mention all the hassle of getting it sorted out. UNBELIEVABLE!!??????

The day before pickup a price was quoted at$324 for a car transport carrier. Picking up, the following day, the price jumped to $474. Quite a unexpected and shocking discrepancy. Otherwise, it handled well and did the job nicely. Except for overnight price change, we would be very pleased.

I just hope that I was supposed to drop off the vehicle, take pictures, and drop the key with agreement off in the drop box!! I thought that I was to meet someone at the location to drop off the truck!!

The lady I delt with was nice and had good customer service, though she kept losing our file on the computer, and had told us that we would be getting a refund for bringing the trailer we rented back a day early. We had only needed it for 2 days and we were automatically charged for 3. We weren't counting on the refund, but we had been told there was going to be one, so we were expecting one.

The people were friendly but contract was messed up three times then got charged for two days and had the trailer about 14 hours not 24 hours. The district manager handled the situations for me in a quick and professional manner.

The date on the contract was wrong and couldn't be cancelled. I've tried 4 calls and one live chat still no resolution. I need to cancel and reschedule. But if this can't be done I'll go elsewhere.

I booked the uhaul to be picked up at this location called 10 days out to verify spoke with "the husband" was told it shouldn't be any problem. Got an email the day before pick up saying they didn't have the truck and I could pick one up in Billings, which is 150 miles away. Needless to say my experience was not good.

I ended up not needing the equipment and returned it in a couple of hours. I did not expect a full refund but some of a refund would habe been nice.

I was a little disappointed that I was told that I would get a free day the 5th of April because of snow storms in Indiana and Wisconsin. Which I didn't receive. Next time I will deal with Penske. VERY DISAPPOINTED.

Nothing. The lady that runs your dealership there was very very helpful she actually listened to the problems and offered Solutions. I thank you very much for that
