Easy to check it in electronically. The venue could be smarter I guess.... but the location is great!

Steering for this truck needs to be fixed. The truck was clean though. Not too thrilled no one was there and the building was for sale, and we had to answer many questions and take pictures of everything, just to pick up and return the truck.

JT D.This is an unmanned location with no way to add additional equipment such as furniture pads. Da& J is no longer in business and there is a for sale sign. No one answers the phone at the location and a message I sent to the location through your website was not acknowledged. Fortunately, your app actually worked this time for a change, because if it had not there was no help to be found from this location. Further, your website did not give me the option to add furniture pads to my order.

However it took me to chat with customer service who never replied back. I waited 15 mins for their answer. Eventually a guy from UHAUL branch did the pick up process. Same issues when dropping it off, the app gets stuck after sharing my location step.

TIMOTHY M.I was unable to pickup the truck using the iPhone app. I ended up calling UHaul and was on hold for 45 minutes. I was on a deadline and it was very hard getting the truck. Finally I went up to the business and talked to the man inside and he was able to help me. And the price to rent this truck for a few hours was horrible.

Checked a box upon drop-off indicating that the truck wasn't clean in the hope that it would be cleaned for the next renter. Instead, the app added a $25 charge for cleaning. Indicated in drop-off notes that the truck was filthy at pick-up and didn't expect to be charged for the lack of truck preparation on Uhaul's part...no adjustment to the bill or contact by the rental location or Uhaul customer service. Poor bad service and a money grab for no service provided!

Kurtis C.The uhaul website and app are so full of bugs that it took over an hour to get the truck. When I wanted to enter a dispute with the truck being clean, it would just blink a blue box over the upload photo button which forced me to just say it was clean. I lost an hour of my rental time messing with the horrible app/website. Also, the last time I rented from uhaul, I got charged twice for the same auto hauler. I've been trying to get a refund but uhaul had made multiple mistakes before that mistake, causing everything to be so confusing nobody at uhaul seems to be able to understand what happened. I have contacted uhaul and got connected to a manager who was rude and acted like I was bothering her. This, of course, was after an hour and a half on the phone with uhaul. Thanks for stealing my money, wasting my time, and treating me poorly when I try to fix your mistake. I will never rent from uhaul again.
