I had made reservations for a U-Haul two weeks before moving and representative told me to pick the U-Haul up in Ruston. But on the Friday before picking the U-Haul up for the next day. I get a call and email to pick up the U-Haul in Homer La but the representative failed to tell me the location will be closed and I have to go on line and use an app called U-Haul/share to get the U-Haul therefore when I arrived on Saturday the U-Haul share connection at this location was terrible and when trying to get internet service it was terrible as well. Therefore I couldn't log on due to rural area connection. I had to keep moving my phone. Finally I spoke with a lady on the phone from U-Haul I think she was a supervisor who saved my day. Therefore all my frustrations was ceased about U-Haul and I will use the service again but I will never pick up a U-Haul using share connection in a rural area due to poor internet service. Next time Please tell your customers that they may not get any internet connection in rural areas and to schedule where internet is good

Furniture pads were in the trailer when I returned it. We did not use them and they were still in their original packaging. When I returned the trailer, an employee told me to just drop off the trailer and when the owner came in he would check it in. The trailer area is an open shopping center parking lot that is accessible to the general public. My assumption is that the furniture pads were stolen between the time I dropped off the trailer and the time the owner checked the trailer in.

I reserved a truck at this location and when I went to pick it up they had no reservations the truck was in Minden La. I had to start all over again very disappointed in this process. That is what a reservation in Homer not Minden La.
