The D&A Auto Body folks are top-notch. The rental process was trouble-free and the service was friendly. I will definitely recommend truck and van rental from this garage to my friends and acquaintances.

The uhaul was not half full like I was told but when I returned it I made sure it was half full I had pictures of before and after use. But other wise it was good service and clean. I will use the service again in the near future.

I had two pre-authorizations ran on my account. I attempted to be proactive and contacted the location who diverted me to the 800 number. The rep at the 800 inturn sent me back to the location manager who was EXTREMELY rude and unprofessional. I tried to explain there should only be one pre-auth and she told me it wasn't her problem and for me to figure it out with my bank. She told me she didn't care if we used their service or not again. For a manager she has no true skills which is obvious by the way she speaks to customers. Turns out both charges hit my account. I called the 800 again and was told there is a new system and they are having many problems and I was indeed charged twice. My issue is the unwillingness for anyone to take ownership of their mistake and leaving me to be the one to straighten it out. After the rude "manager" comments I became just as rude with her which is not my norm. She needs to be fired!!

The only way to get to the U-Haul desk was to walk through the entire D&A Auto Repair workshop's working area. I turned in the truck more than 1 day early (Pickup was at 3:30pm, Drop-off was at 1:15pm the next day). However, the contract was for 2 days. I thought maybe I would get back the extra day charge.

Reserved a 20’ truck online for this location. When I called 48 hours prior to pickup, I was informed that this was the “preferred” location and that the 20’ truck was actually available in Woodstock (60 miles out of the way). So we had to settle for a 15’ truck .

Improve the service at your call center. 1 hour on the phone being bounced between 4 people makes me not want to use uhaul, despite the perfect service I got at the location I got the truck

very sloppy place like a junkyard, very unprofessional people working around there, placing wrecked junk cars and trucks inches away from uhaul equipment. Making it a nightmare to get in and out safely. Althou i must say the lady doing the uhaul service was doing none of the above.

Most customers wouldn’t find this location very appealing it’s a auto body shop. Service was ok . I had a problem with tow dolly because straps were installed incorrectly when I asked if they could help she said they couldn’t it was up to the customer to unload. A lot of customers wouldn’t have been able to handle the situation and being a auto body shop they could have been able to offer assistance.

Wayyyy too expensive. Rent vehicles all the time. Charged me for a truck I drove 1 mile away and 1 mile back. Then left me waiting in a lobby for 53 minutes waiting to get the bigger truck I needed. Not professional, no customer service skills at all. Will never use again and plan to share my experience with anyone known to need to rent a vehicle. Enterprise is the best way to go!!

Website was not working. Desk manager would not provide code. Waited for almost two hours on site to be able to pick up truck trying to get through the customer service phone line. When code was given it did not even say to which lock box. It was an epic disaster! The website for pickup is also extremely not user-friendly

Explain that the U Haul clerk does not walk thru the vehicle for damage with the client, and that it would be online, to approve. In my case, I do not keep the internet on, on my smartphone :)

The location is not well marked and difficult to get in and out of. The skirts on the truck were damaged. Something had obviously been spilled in the cup holders as everything was sticky. Location was closed when I returned the truck even though the hours posted on the website stated they did not close until 5:00PM. I will go elsewhere next time I need a rental

It is very unclear where the trailers are to be left and after we had dropped the trailer in a location near the other U-Haul trucks and trailers someone from the adjacent car lot came and told us we could not leave the trailer there. Significant clarification is needed as to where trailers are supposed to be left.

I feel I was usurously over-charged. I was charged $1300 to rent a 15' truck one-way. The same rental from Ptersburg WV...70 miles away would have cost me $650. Paying double is not acceptable. What recourse do I have?

had issues with the truck 9 hour trip turned into over 13 hours

I returned the van after-hours, but the key drop wasn't near the office entrance; so I had to hunt a minute to find it by the sponsoring business' entrance. I should have asked when picking the van up; the clerk should have told me about the location of the key drop. The van was very clean & ran well. We had lots of gas.
