Not really anything. This location was excellent to deal with and made sure all my questions were answered. Prompt and polite service from everyone. I have U-HAUL dealership closer to me but if I need anything else I definitely will call D&M service center first from now on.

amy sCustomer service for the U-Haul is very bad. The company tricked us. They will never filled out the gas , only give half tank and we need to return with half tank , which is always ended up filling out more . Yesterday I filled out almost full tank , I lost almost 60 CAD extra. When I talked to the customer care they told they have a policy not to return excess gas . I will never recommend to any one and this will be my last choice by me . Moreover we need to pay the rent for the truck and we need to pay 1.09 for 1 km which is killing. Very expensive and bad customer service. If you want keep your customers, kindly do something. For 220 km ( 132 miles) overall my expense was over 400 CAD. I paid for gas itself 110 CAD . Will never return.

Jeff YWe were delayed over 3 hours picking up our rental due to computer issues. High praise for the clerk Riley at this location. He was busy trying to help all the U-Haul customers AND look after the service station customers. He was left alone when the other clerk left at 6pm. Riley remained fantastic during a very stressful few hours. There should be an automatic credit to customers like myself who were delayed for over 3 hours!

ANGIE TI reserved the van on-line but seemed to have to answer many of the same questions when I went to pick up the keys. The billing is somewhat confusing. My print-out from on-line looked totally different than the receipt I received when returning the van and had to call the 1-800 number to have the difference in cost explained and the employee even commented on how confusing the billing system is. D&M Service Centre were excellent!

claudine mThis location was fine, the overall rental experience was utterly terrible. I booked a 15 ft truck in Halifax for 10 AM on the 19th of Aug. I got a text the day before saying the vehicle would not be available. I called the provided number, waited on hold for a while and got a rep that told me the only option was either a 26 ft truck (stupidly big and expensive on fuel for my purposes) or a 20 ft one that would be available in Kentville NS (1 hour, 10 min from Halifax) and it would be ready for pickup on the afternoon of the 18th. I took the afternoon of work and had my daughter drive me the 70 min to Kentville. When I arrived there, this second truck was also NOT available! The rep on the phone provided no assistance other than to offer me another 26 ft truck at a different location again. Thankfully, Kate (the only bright light in this lousy service)at this location managed to convince another customer to free up their rented 10 foot truck. But this needed to be returned to Kentville after the move to Charlottetown, which wasted a Sunday morning. So, in the end, I had a truck that was too small, that I was forced to return, and cost more in fuel because of the unplanned/unnecessary two way trip. This was a truly awful experience, and I will try my level best not to rent with UHaul again. I'll tell my friends the same.

Kevin PThe only other item, I would suggest is to provide a true representation of the size of the truck. I needed a truck to handle 18 feet, so I got a 20 foot. In the documents online it only gives the size of 20 x ?? x ??, so that is what I ordered, HOWEVER, as you know it is 17 feet, plus 3 feet over the cab. NOT what was needed but TOOOOOOO late to get a bigger truck. This cost me time and money and also, I was to take a trailer for U-Haul to NS and I canceled cause of the mess I was in.\ with the size issue. Thanks Robb
