Conrad PowellI renter a car hauler on Saturday. This is a non-corporate location and he closed up at noon. It would have been nice if I could have parked the trailer on my return where I picked it up from at 1:00 pm, but there were a couple of large trucks in the way. I parked the trailer in an open spot and left. Hope it did not complicate the owners morning on Monday. Otherwise it is a great car hauler and I will rent it again if I need to.

Karen PeasleeQuestion 2 : due to, i had the pump up a trailer tire when i loaded the car. The tire only had approximately 10 lbs of air due to a screw in the tire. Question 3: 2 different credit cards were processed and they failed. Now one of them i went to a local ATM (spinx) and withdrew $80 so that i could pay him 75 and be on my way. Having to do so cost me an extra $20.....around about! So to me UHAUL advertisers the car transport trailer for 54.95, its really false....no matter how you look at it..

PATRICK HOOVERThe dealer at this site is a poor representative for uhaul. There were mistakes on the contract, poorly maintained equipment (the trailer had a flat tire so he put air in the tire and said it was “fine” and to call uhaul if I had any problems), and refused to intervene in a dispute on the charges that he verbally agreed were due to a mistake he made filling out the contract.

JOSHUA MATHISI was not informed that I would need to drop off after my rental with no one to help lift the trailer off the hitch. It was very difficult for the large man to lift it on. When I got back to drop and no one was there, I called the cell number on the sign and the man was so rude and told me I had to go find help and it wasn’t his problem.

ANTHONY PROPESWorse experience ever with Uhaul. The attendant, who I believe was the owner, would not let me leave me car there. They wouldn’t even let me drive the uhaul to my house and have some one drive me back within 20 mins to get my car. I had to drive the uhaul off the property. Find a suitable place to park the truck and then I had to walk the .8 of a mile back to the facility along a two lane road to get my car. Never had that happen before at a uhaul location. Attendant or clerk In my humble opinion was a jerk about it. I made it clear I was not leaving the car over night just 20 minutes.

STEVEN SIDWELLI reserved and payed for a 20’ truck and as I was driving into the pickup location I see someone driving off in a 20’ truck. I didn’t think much of it until I was told there wasn’t a 20’ truck available. The man was rude and short and never once apologized for renting the truck I had already reserved and payed for. I had also wanted 2 dozen furniture pads and only received 20 of the 24 I rented. Terrible service!

Samuel HooperWe made reservations online for pick up at a more convenient location however some how it was changed to this location. 30mins. out of our way...took 1 1/2 hours to get the truck and trailer. Personnel was not helpful! We would never recommend this location. Have rented several trucks in the past and this was hands down the worst.

matthew harperI have the trailer rental from Thursday to Sunday. I dropped off the trailer on Saturday when I was done with it. But had to drive back Monday morning at 9 AM to confirm drop off. In the future after you pick up the trailer it would be great to receive The return email so that the trailer can be returned electronically after it is done being used.
David YatesI returned trailer after 3 days rental which was 2 days early and they did not che I it in until 6th day and I was charged 21.20 for extra day. Disputing it but spent 45 minutes on phone with uhaul. I believe this is very unacceptable. I would hope that it is refunded without me having to call back.
