I’d ordered a hand truck/dolly when I made my reservation on line. However, the hand truck was not available when I picked up my truck.

Bruce NWhen we called the 800 number they gave us a street address that was not the street the return was on we then called back the 800 number and got the phone number for the market and Deli the lady that answered the phone gave us Jim’s Phone number at D&J Uhaul in Gold Beach OR Jim told us we’re to drop the trailer and it was not on the road that we were told to go 3285 Nesika! RD. People need to make sure they know where to send people for their returns so they do not have issue!

Benjamin MHello it started in Gold Beach after we were turned down in our local Brookings Oregon because they couldn't guarantee we would have an auto transport so we drove to Gold Beach got an auto transport drove back to bookings 26 miles and notice that the rear right tire was flat so we talked to the main place there and they said well there's nothing we can do you can call so we call the 1 800 number 4 hours later they come and change the tire in the meantime I decided that I should rent a rider truck instead of my Van to pull the auto transport they said well we had 1 with 3000 miles on it So I said OK and rented it then as hes pulling it up he says all I've decided to give you a A different truck truck no serial number changed nothing though we did not know that at the time and when we loaded it up and got ready to take off because we had a tight schedule we noticed the check engine light on But we had no time to play around they were closed and we had a deadline so we drove to Eureka went to the local u-haul station met Mac is met Max who was incredibly efficient is it efficient found out that we weren't even given the right truck is a truck goddess a new truck loaded up and send this on his way in less than 2 hours We had a great trip then drove it in and turned it back in to save that the 2 u-haul places were competent would have to be a misspelling somewhere because they were nowhere near close the golden E Gold Beach didn't even hook up the trailer right send us out with a flat tire and Brookings since gave us a broken truck that's my review the best is Eureka Max he was great he saw the problem he solved the problem and we were on our way
RICH CHold the Uhaul Rental facility responsible for issues and complaints. Truck was dirty when we picked it up, the mileage was in Kilometers instead of miles and there was a 51.6 mile & fuel discrepancy. Also an inconvenience to actually have to take time out of our time and day to return a lock back to the rental pick up because the owner doesn't provide a place to drop the lock off. When going back the next morning to drop the lock off informed the owner of the truck condition and so on and we seem unbothered about the shape of the equipment the mileage and the fuel issues. We do have pictures of everything as we contacted customer service as we were being charged for fuel and mileage in which we didn't use. It is very sad this kind thing happens. We have been using Uhaul for too many years not to know the ins and outs. We used it always during our military moves!

carol mYour U Haul center in Harbor, refused to call any other centers that had the truck we needed. We had to call around and find one. Your center in Gold Beach was very helpful and made the pickup easy and fast. I would recommend Gold Beach for any U Haul needs.

bob SThe truck ran well and we had no problems mechanically but it was very dirty and bug covered and the inside was sticky and the steering wheel filthy. We had to clean it ourselves in order to feel safe. In these times of Coronavirus it might behoove U Haul to institute better cleaning policies.
Jeff SVehicle was dirty and required quite a bit of cleaning. Windows, mirrors, cab. Check in/out was a little more time consuming than it should have been.
