Kelly MBusiness was closed early multiple times. First, when I went to pick up the truck at the time scheduled, they were closed before business hours and they we closed AGAIN over an hour earlier than business hours when I went to return the truck. They are now trying to charge me for an additional day that I DID NOT have the truck. I was forced to leave the keys in the after hours drop box because after multiple attempts to call and contact someone I was not able to. I will NEVER be renting a uhaul from this location again.
Tiffany BThe woman at the facility was nice and helpful. The man was helpful and treated me well but clearly he has some issues with patience and the frustrations of running his business. I’d hate to be on his bad side or have to work through an issue with him. Wouldn’t rent from this location.

julie aVery nice experience. I received text updates on the rental which included the reservation, the location of pick-up and drop-off, the contact number and the dates and times of the rental. To have that info on my phone was very helpful. Excellent help was provided in setting up the trailer to my vehicle, and disconnecting it.
Philip BStop profiteering an already struggling economy. Show some humanity and compassion to your fellow humans. I mean $50 for a gallon of gas!!!!!!!!!! I will definitely be reporting this to consumer complaints not that you will have to reimburse but for my fellow people that will come after. I absolutely do not recommend this place at all. I ended up paying an additional $130 dollars. No grace at all.

Mark DI wasn’t given any contract or any paperwork when I came in. Therefore I had no idea how much gas I was supposed to put into the truck. This was my first time renting a uhual so I had no clue what I was doing. And they were not helpful at all.

gilbert gWhen i reserved it i thought it would be straightforward but we were the only people in the lobby and while the receptionist couldnt figure out how to make a copy of my ID he turned to us and used an obtuse tone asking if i was gonna be sure itd be back on time then contined on the phone to the other person saying that we dont look like "tweakers". Id have let all that go if he actually knew where the trailer i was renting was. It took an extra half hour and pointing us in three different directions to find said trailer. Waisting my time while begrudgingly Imposing worry about his time isn't how i enjoy to negotiate business.
James OGreat experience. The owner held a sun unbrella over me to keep sun off ( I am very pale skinned) while trailer being hitched up. She even dusted off trailer so i could impress other drivers with my shiny u-haul trailer. Served me a glass of lemonaid with a sliced strawberry and best U Haul franchise ever. Mr. Shoen would be proud!!!!
