I had the most outstanding customer experience possible... The owner and staff of this small hometown office absolutely went over and above for me with my move... They called me personally the day before and made sure i had everything i needed and even offered to come out and meet me after hours to help me set up the trailer and the car... After hours couldn't believe it .. Again the best customer service i have received in 10 years,hands down 10 out of 10..

The pickup location I selected was changed by Uhaul which cost me about 20 miles and 30 min. I past the original location and one other Uhaul location on my way to the new location and both had multiple trailers like the one I was renting on their lots. If the location does not have the item being rented the reservation should be denied and the customer should be able to pick a convenient location to get the item.

I was supposed to be charged less with my reservation. Last minute they sent me to this place but no dolly which i reserved. Then i went 2.miles over so was to be charged 3.27. Was charged twice.

The trailer was not hooked up correctly. I trusted the uhaul representative knew more than i did about hooking a trailer. As i was driving down the freeway the trailer came unhooked and skidded from right to left. Thankful i was about to control the vehicle. All glass items in the uhaul trailer were shattered! Besides being incredibly upset at the whole experience, I am having to buy all new dishes, lamps, pictures for my sons apartment. Just thankful he still has a mother and the truck did not flip.

The manager was very professional and ensured I understood the agreement and the price. He addressed me by name and truly made me feel as if my business was appreciated.

Personnel were friendly and efficient.The owner/manager is a Steelers fan, so that might be a problem for some. To improve the experience, suggest putting up a life size pic of Roger Staubach in the office.

Truck was not the one I said I was to receive when I completed on the uhaul website, was a smaller truck than wanted for move. Your customer service at numerous locations is very unprofessional not about the customer at all.At the location on Nederland Avenue in texas the person would answer the phone and put me on hold and never pick up again,stayed on hold 15 minutes first time.Tried three more times same result,always had good experiences with uhaul Very dissatisfied will try other alternatives next time

Was charged for miles I didn’t even use ... drove a total of maybe 4-5 miles total in the truck and was charged for 20 .... maybe a more clear understanding from the dealer on how that works because he made it seem like I would get money back from anything under 20 miles ...
