Truck rental went great.. but while checking my bank acct I see additional charges and I don't know know?.. I put gas back in the truck , over the amount it was when I picked it up... I'm not happy with that and I will be calling 1st thing Monday morning!

The individual who was in charge of U-Haul transactions was not onsite and was unavailable by phone. We had to wait 45 minutes to finally get someone to help us. Additionally, the moving pads we reserved were not available. We ended up going to the U-Haul store three miles away to rent pads. I strongly recommend NOT doing business with Danco and simply reserving through U-Haul in Hamilton; as I said, it is only three miles away.

The U-Haul rep at Danco is very helpful and knowledgeable about U-Haul products. I was unable to complete my U-Haul return via the phone return app and their rep took the time to check my equipment in without me being there. If I ever need a U-Haul again Danco Transmission is the place I would go. Thank you so much for everything! Brian

We dropped off trailer after hours on the same day we picked it up. Went back the next morning during business hours and was told there would be no Uhaul rep in to process return that day. I called Uhaul 800 number and that rep attempted to contact location but was told the same thing. The 800 rep advised she notated account and that when rep at location returned they should process return. The next day I received email from Uhaul at equipment not being returned, went back to drop off location where we had to wait 30 minutes for the Uhaul rep (Joe) to process return. He stated he missed checking in the trailer we dropped off. Will never use this location at all and will advise others to do the same.

The truck that I reserved online was so gross inside. I used the online check in but I still had to go in and wait inside for 20 min. Also only one other person and myself had a mask on. The main guy and the customer he was helping didnt even have one on them anywhere

Perhaps show up when you're supposed to be? No one was available when I arrived for my reservation and no one was available when I came back to drop off the vehicle, and both times I had to wait a while.

Absolutely caring people my car was not strapped down correctly and they show me what the other U-Haul man Didn't do. I'm so glad I made it safely to Ohio.

Customer service is awful. Overcharged. Stated rental was 4 hours and then cheated us by almost an hour. Rented moving blankets and did not receive. Took 45 to puck up truck and over an hour to return. Spoke to 5 people to make right all ai was told was sorry. I would never rent a truck from you again and will discourage as many people as I can from doing busy with you. Very clear you dont care about your customers. I was very disappointed.

double check gas gauge and have facility verify. We drove the vehicle less than 4 miles, put a gallon of gas in it and still got charged extra based on gas gauge. Ended up paying more than estimate with 10 miles estimated drive. I'm not happy about it but it's a lesson learned for me

The actual facility was closed due to COVID19. Checking the truck in using the mobile app was very painful and long. The app would freeze and not allow picture uploads. I called the number on the door sign and no one answered. Returning the truck was the most exasperating part of this experience.

The site is somewhat difficult to get into and parking is a nightmare. We passed it up becaue theres no sign stating this is the location and only saw the trucks after we passed. The customer service rep was friendly and helpful but it took us over 20 minutes to get the contract printed, keys, etc. He did extend the time for us as a result but we had movers waiting for us! Also, the value was terrible. It is completely false advertising to say it's $19.95...with all the taxes, fees, gas and mileage it cost way too much to move a few pieces of furniture!

I was charged for an extra day. On my contract it says i could keep the rental for 3 days total. Ive been trying to reach this company and ive gotten no call back. Due me working ive not been able to go in there in person. Can someone pleasse reach out to me

For starters when a customer calls the person on the other end of the number should actually pick up & communicate with said customer not just text them. That honestly pissed me off; you're running a business & I understand during these times we're social distancing our selves but when the communication is thru a phone, you pick it up & actually have a verbal conversation with the customer. On the other hand my bill went from $20 for the rental which isn't bad at all to around $75. I didn't choose any extra instance or anything extra besides maybe the extra $14 to cover for gas but I don't understand how it went from basically $34 to $75 but it's all said & done & I only used it for around maybe 9 hours & only put 30 miles on it. You can improve your business technics by actually answering your phone when a customer calls to answer their questions instead of texting. It was raining out which I'm aware no human can control the weather but the next time your customer calls you, you answer the damn phone period!

I reserved an appliance Dolly and it was not there when I picked up my truck. The rep gave me some straps and an extra utility Dolly which did NOT work to move my large appliances. It made the move very difficult. I was unable to move several items because the utility dolly I reserved was not there. I had to spend extra money and time (which I really didn't have) to be able to move my appliances safely. I had to go to a uhaul competitor to get what I needed. Not sure if I will use uhaul again in the future because of this. Plus I still had to pay for the dolly I never got!

Truck was unlocked. Picked the electronic sign in method through the phone app, but was still informed to get the keys from someone at the location. All doors To location were locked, And they were not answering phone calls. Stood in the rain for 30 minutes before someone happened to come outside for me to flag down and ask for the keys, did not seem to know exactly what he was supposed to do but just gave me the keys.

Online check in wanted 2 phones numbers for me the one who made the reservation, and 2 completely separate numbers for my husband as the driver and we only have 1 phone number each so that made the check in process long and frustrating
