The people that work at the daisy mart are very rude and unprofessional. The back door of the truck was also broken, the chain had unraveled so the door wouldn't close, I had to fix it myself.

I had a horrible and a poor experience at this usual location. i found the diary mart staff to be very customer unfriendly, difficult and unreasonable with the customer. At this location i was deceived into believing the truck rental was a one-way rental as discussed and requested only to get there and discover it was a return to the same location, this cost me 2 hours in traffic and over 100 dollars cost i was not ready to pay. They practically arm twisted me into getting the rental as i had no choice. I never expected this experience from usual. Usual should blacklist this location for there deception and mud sling on the uhual brand. In retrospect i would have used other services that would be honest and not deceive a customer.. I am disappointed. DO NOT GO TO DAISY MART UHUAL, THEY ARE FRAUDS!!!!!!!

I returned vehicle with same amount of gas that I got from them and still they charger $7 extra for gas. Also show him pictures of gas and mileage of vehicle that I clicked before and at return time. When I reached home and got email about $7 extra for gas. Poor customer service.

I had booked the U-haul slot ahead of time and upon arrival none of the systems were working adequately. They took an hour to figure out how to sign my credit card up. Once up and running, the system declined 4 separate credit cards. A very poor experience at this location.

The service at Daisy Mart was good and straight forward, however it was over 20kms from my home, so why a van closer to my place wasn't available I don't understand. The cab ride cost was not something I had planned for.

They change my original reservation and I had to take a taxi from my home to Scarborough. I did my reservation to pick up on 1 laird Rd, Toronto because I was living in 118 Balliol st. Also change my hour, I booked it at 1:30 and they change to 2:30 and I lost time in my services elevator.

Not a very good experience. The person at the desk made adjustments with the starting miles reading.. When the actual reading was XXXX60 he wrote it down as XXXX20 miles. So he could charge me for additional 40 miles without me using it. Thankfully I noticed it upon entering the vehicle and informed him of the same. Then he manually calculated the some stuff and I'm sure upon the return of the vehicle there was some amount that I had to pay for which I did not use. I had to look minutely into each of the rates and had to make him reduce each and every component. There were some manipulation's in the readings.

They are serving other customers (the customers who comes the grocery or for lottery) while a i was waiting my application. Also there was a polite friend but he did not know what he should do was listening directions from another person over phone. My suggestion there might not be so much Uhaul job in a day. But there should be a person at least to make he process faster. I waited almost 30 min for nothing.
