Location was Hard to find. Personnel less than helpful and essentially angry because we interrupted his lunch. I don't understand why we returned to this location with a major UHaul store/hub less than a mile away. We had to drive past it to get to the assigned return location.Curt T.

Best experience I've had with Uhaul so far. At other locations it seems as if they can't help but screw up reservations. This location was easy to find, service was excellent and I was in and out right away!Michael C.
We were given a hard time to get this rental was scheduled to get it at 10 and didn't get out of there till 11:30. The man who worked there was very rude, he wouldn't let me stay inside the store kept having me go to my car. I thought because he was trying to be safe with the Covid 19, but I started to realize he was letting others in and never once did I see them come out. I feel he was being racist to me! Every time I walked back to the door to see what's going on he would stop me from coming in and tell me to wait in my car. This was very upsetting! The truck was filthy I had to go to another location to pick up dollies. When I got there they had to check the truck because it was making aloud noise it ended up being the truck had no oil at all. While they did the there went by another hour. The inside of truck had a foul odor. During our loading it started to rain, rain was coming inside the truck from ceiling my sofas and mattress got wet which now they stink like mildew. I'm very unhappy with this move in your guys truck. I always use uhaul and never had a problem. I paid almost 200 dollars for a very bad and unprofessional service as well as a messed up truck that damaged my furniture!!Michael P.
We were given the wrong address for pick up location. Didn't find that out until after waiting in line for 10 minutes. Then once we got to the correct address nobody was in the office and we waited there for another 10 minutes before someone finally showed up. Once he got there he just seemed uninterested in being there, almost like it was a bother that we were there.Sarah R.

Had to wait for 40 minutes for someone to show up at Daisy Carpet Cleaning. The building was unlocked, but no one was inside the building to get the keys from. Had to call the number twice to have them send someone.Jennifer N.

Office was dirty, staff were not there when we arrived for pickup, staff member had difficulty with the computer and did not understand insurance, his co-worker yelled from the back room rather than coming to help, truck was snow-covered & lot was not plowed. A very unsatisfactory experience to say the least.Dennis B.

Really need to do a better job of maintaining your vehicle. The transmission had a significantly hard time shifting and sometimes wouldn't shift at all. Sitting at 5000 RPMs for the whole trip just didn't seem right. Also, since the vehicle wasn't shifting right it almost caused me to get into an accident. Maintenance light was on. Speedometer gauge kept bouncing all over the place. Mobile pick up option is a neat idea but has way too many hoops to jump through just to pick up the vehicle or drop off. Definitely will think twice before using U-Haul next time.Theodore M.
Truck was snow and ice covered, especially the windshield. Windshield wiper fluid did not work. Parking lot where the truck was parked was snow covered and unplowed. Truck only had a half a tank of gas. The Tow/Haul mechanism was not explained.Murray J.
This was a 6x12 Uhaul Trailer rented from: Daisy Carpet Cleaning (45607) 7640 West 146TH ST Apple Valley, MN 55124 Phone 651-964-1453 Rented 1-25-2019 Returned to Uhaul in Fargo North Dakota 58103 Uhaul Moving and Storage 4901 13TH Avenue South Fargo, ND 58103 Phone 701-205-3260 Returned Saturday 1-26-2019 This trailer in one day time not two days that they billed for. What is a little disappointing is that they had it marked as stolen in sending me emails asking where is it at? The store that took it back never signed or gave me any return papers but were able to verify that I did return the trailer on Saturday 1-26-2019 which was good because I do not know how else I could prove that I returned it. It brought on undue stress. In the last week or so I rented a 26 foot Uhaul truck and another 6x12 trailer and had not accusations of possibly stealing the trailer? I you want to give me any discount for the undue stress that would be nice. Am sorry that there was any confusion on your end that I may have stolen the trailer? Jim JohnsonJAMES J.

Jim couldn't get the Uhaul web site to work to complete our contract. Nothing in what he was doing. The website kept freezing. He had to call Uhaul support twice. We had to resubmit our information about 4-5 times. Very frustrating, especially as we aimed to pick up the truck and continue on our moving timeline. This delayed us and was a hassle overall.Derek W.

Kind of a weird out of the way location, but easy enough to find to get the size truck we needed. The guys were very friendly and made it easy to rent the truck, gave me the options I expected, no shenanigans on the price, straight up deal I expected and they gave me clear after hours instructions to return the truck.STEVEN W.
The person who called me while I was in route to bring the equipment back was rude inconsiderate demanding and hung up on me when I got the equipment back to the location which was an hour late then that person acted like nothing ever happened and didn't mention anything in fact that person was rather cold and inconsiderate and I will use you all again because the truck was exceptional but I won't be picking it up from that location and I won't be returning it because that person was rude inconsiderate and hung up on me after he called me to complain that the truck was late he wanted in her don't exactly when it would be returned I told him I was in route and I would be there as soon as I can and he hung up on meMarion H.

Contacted facility to reserve a 15' or 17' truck, was advised that they did not have one available, however the facility did have a 20' truck available for the same cost. Later i would find out that the truck rental was $20.00 higher than what i was advised. Was very disappointed in the first and last experience will utilize this facility for truck rental or any other services offered.randy K.

Tires were low on pressure - lighting wiring harness was cut and they did not have one so I went out and purchased one. The door in back was extremely hard to open like something was stuck, had to help employee lift trailer onto hitch, kind of bad experience.Brent D.
One of the dropoff and pickup locations is misrepresenting the mileage and I am being charged for approximately 100 miles I did not put on the truck in the few hours I had it. Not a happy customer.John V.
Had to park in the back in the dark. Was stopped by the State patrol for no running lights. A short somewhere in the dash. Had to stop and wash the windshield. The inside of the truck was clean tho. No address on the buissnes card or my paper work, so was hard to find in the dark.Roger C.

The gentleman doing the check out was very patient and helpful when an error in the price reservation was discovered. The vehicle was clean. The seat belt for the passenger would not release and had to be taken off during the trip and redone.Matthew S.
