Stephen AThis location has a dedicated, hands-on owner, so he cares deeply about your satisfaction. He worked diligently to rectify our corroded light hook-up. He said to me if there was a particular type of rental he doesn't normally have, give him time and he'd get it. One of the perks of this location is, as the name indicates, an ice cream (and more) shop with generous cones.
Nicholas OThe U-Haul app was very difficult to use. Need improvements on pick up and check in sections.
Darrell HThe level of customer service was Top Notch. Very friendly service. I would highly recommend this location to all of my family and friends for their rental needs. And for an added bonus he runs a food and ice cream business right next door. The food smelled and tasted so good I ended up ordering food three times in the same day.
Albert MRob was right on time as we agreed on pickup time. He did the trailer hookup and checked that all lights were working with me. He had me do the walk around and check the trailer inside and out as the text message instructed. He was there for the return and made it easy. Really appreciate having a local person at this location on Route 20. Great experience and time saver.
