Get your app fixed it took me an hour and a half just because of a glitvh in the app that it won't proceed further until i canceled the reservation and redid it everything went fine until the return where it did the same thing until i used the web browser horrible experienceSYED Z.

The pickup experience was exceptionally difficult with no one on site to help. I had to be helped by the store owner calling me. Which was difficult and he was not clear how the reservation was set up. The van was dirty on the inside, the bumper was caved in, it was covered in hail damage, rear left brake light and turn signal did not work, and it smelled bad in the van. We asked to document the damage but the person on site was no help.Chad H.

I rented UHaul trucks probably 20 times over a 25 year period. If this was my first time, I would have been lost. Everything thing was on my phone, what if I didn't have one. I'm guessing it's because of COVID. Also this location was inside a gas station. It was the cashier's first day (that's what he said). He had no idea what to do, he called someone on the phone, probably his boss, who had to walk him thru it. My location was changed a day before the pick up date. I'm hoping the other location has better has better service, too bad I got changed, made for a stressful day.Darlene M.

Fix the van. There was hail damage on the hood. The front bumper was smashed in the middle. There was a bunch of trash in the compartment below the radio. It could have just been a bit more maintainedJonathan J.
Avoid this location. Terrible service. Took over 30min to check out the van. Staff behind the counter did not know anything about providing key. Van had used tissues/napkins inside and half empty water bottles/trash.Nathalie D.

The 2 young men running the convenience store had no idea how to operate the reservation. They called someone else to find out how. Very unorganized and unprofessional. It delayed me 20-min in my pick-up. The furniture blankets smelled like gasoline and were filthy. The van was clean and operational.Barron B.

Equipment was dirty and had a hole in the left corner. They provided no help with the hookup . He didn't come out and look at the equipment.John E.
This location is in a gas station. I was asked to wait for the cashier to process gas / convenience store purchases because apparently those are more important than their U-Haul rental customers.Larry L.
Zero customer service. Was to have an appliance dolly (I verified with the scheduling department) and they didn't. I said â€œplease call Uhaul customer service). I was told that I would have to call them myself. Then told to move out of the way because the gas station was busy. Customer service told me the location to pick up the dolly. It's the same location I selected when I booked it. The rental location refused to help hook it up. I would never use this location again and wouldn't use Uhaul if that was the place I had to use.Robert L.

Uhaul didn't come with silly, was dirty, and the employee didn't walk the truck with me and circle truck scratches and Dings on the truck. So I took a video of going around the entire truck. Every time I've rented with Uhaul the employee walks the truck.. I thought this was weird. I had to do everything online and I didn't like that. Will go to another place next time where I deal with a person not told to go online and â€œset up my Stuffâ€.Chelsey N.

Uhaul WAY overcharged us. $119 authorization for day one I called to get a 1 day extension another $69 authorization Turned in the truck and was charged an additional $72. Total charges on my receipt was only 176. But our account was hit for 260 which caused us an overdraft. The 2 authorizations covered it so we should have never been charged the additional 72Stephen W.

I filled out all my info online but didn't have my son's driver license for his ID since he was the driver. I had to do all the info again once I got to place to pick up truck which delayed our get out on time. Can't see why one can't just give the info missing once you get there.Kevin B.

We were told there was a full tank of gas. We drove 16 miles - put gas in the tank and to our surprise by the amount of gas we put in the tank vs. the miles we drove- it was NOT a full tank of gas. When we discussed it with the employee, he told us we should have put "three dollars of gas in before we left to see if it was really full" and since we didn't do that- no refund for the extra gas. Not acceptable. If their gauge is broken- fix it- not blame the customer. And it is interesting that the Uhaul place is at the shell stations where...they make money on the gas we put into the truck.
