I still have questions as to why I was charged an additional $29.95 over the reservation quote. Also, when I went to pick up my truck, the counter attendant wanted me to shoe proof of my reservation, which was on my laptop at home. It took a half hour+ with the help of calling U-Haul main number to get them to give me the truck. Then upon returning the truck the store manager made me go back out to the truck and wanted me to take a picture of the mileage, which I did, upon returning and waiting in line for another 15 min+ he said he also needed a picture of the gas gauge, which I refused to do. I've never had such poor service and requiring me to jump through hoops to just return the truck. I told the manager I would give him a poor review, and his response was "I don't do this for you, I do this for me." I will never rent from this U-Haul location again. And would still like to know why I was charged an extra $29.95.

The truck interior was filthy. Spilled drinks, food wrappers and containers, sticky steering wheel. The truck was clearly not inspected after the last customer before being made available for the next customer.

We waited around in the convenience store for the owner. He filed in the paperwork and gave the keys. Did not walk us out to the unit or even point out which truck it was. Luckily we took pictures of the truck because when we dropped it off there was damage that had not been noted. The bed of the truck had trash and significant amounts of broken glass.

Employees should check doors to make sure they are locked. When I opened the door to my rental, there was a guy just chilling in it. Employees should verify rentals are cleaned and sanitized. My rental was dirty with trash everywhere in the cabin.

I returned the vehicle safe, clean, and on time. The check out process with the employee couldn't be completed because of technical issues and he told me to come back the next day to check it out smh. I had to go to work the next day and they checked me out without my consent way later in the day without me being present and made a $65 become a $105 charge. Do not go here

The people at the place were nice enough, but clearly did not use the Uhaul app often. The truck only had less than a quarter of a tank of gas when I picked it up, and some areas of the cab had crumbs and food left behind.

not one of their vehicles were clean I had to take the vehicle that was cleaner than the other this vehicle this one had used needles syringes in the front and a saw blade in the back. the other had cloths in the front seat and looked even worse it never looked like it was cleaned. My son was tramautized we were in fear of the whole time we were in the vehicle. We were told it was not their responsibility, of the owner who gave us the vehicle keys, to clean it.

Email receipts as your online rental return said it would be emailed. Still haven't received it. Also I'm shocked that I can call 3 weeks in advance to book a rental and still not get the size truck I needed. Had to send my wife for a second rental because of this and I can only drive one at a time.

Staff were polite but the truck's exhaust was busted and was so loud. Exhaust fume was also coming into the cabin. Several warning lights were showing on the dashboard.

I requested moving blankets and cart dolleys that were needed for my move. When I got to the location they said they did not have these items. Why is there an option for extras id the location does not have them available.

The back of the truck had motor oil all over the floor and smelled of oil. We had to try and clean it up and put drop cloths on the floor before I could put my furniture in and some of my stuff smells motor oil. Pictures show to owner and only got that they're to busy to check the trucks when they are returned. We waited a long time in the store while was taking care of his grocery customers even though we were there before them.

Parking lot is too small for trucks larger than 10ft

This location is FAR too small to accept drop-offs of 20 ft trucks, especially with a trailer. It was almost impossible to park (took myself and the employee almost an hour of maneuvering) and while I was there another person came to pick up a truck that wouldn't start.

The trucks are left unlocked so when I went to get in there was a homeless man sleeping in the front seat. He had open wounds on his arms so before getting in the truck I had to go home to get cleaning products and then go back to the truck and wipe everything down before I could get in it safely. He had also left a baggie of drugs on the floor that he had to come back and get. Very unsanitary and disgusting. I would never go to this location again or recommend it to anyone else.
