Find a way to supply at LEAST one dolly to the third party retailer locations. None of the ones I went to had one. I was told to go get one from a storage facility which was out of the way. Also PLEASE Improve the online experience. It is terrible and wasted so much time.

I attempted to call and leave a message because I left my Oakley sunglasses in the truck and want to have my wife pick them up for me I can’t pick them up because I will be at the fire station.

Customer care sucks , I asked for a dolly it wasn’t in the truck , called and got hung up on and transferred to a number that just kept ringing .

The inside of the truck was dirty and dusty. The truck needs to be serviced . The check engine came on while using the truck which made me very uncomfortable.

Loaded up night before and it rained overnight. When we unloaded we saw a bunch of our boxes got wet. The truck box leaked water onto our stuff. Boxes of books and more were soaked. I informed the location when I brought the truck back.
