We set our pick up and had to move it a week due to a emergency visit for a badly cut hand. When we drive over a hour to pick up the unit..... the reservation was moved up 2 hours.... we sat for2 hours with the guys we hired to move. Ordered 4 bundles of moving blankets and got 1..... but still charged for 4. We accomplished our goal however it was not without drama.Mike S.
They issued an additional $130 charge to my credit card for days that I did not use the equipment. This was without any notice or signature from me. Proceeded to disagree about the charge. Finally issued a refund which has yet to go through on my credit card. Lady who I spoke to was rude and condescending to me when I was rightfully frustrated to receive unauthorized charges. I will never rent from this location and will always refer others to go elsewhere after being treated so poorly.Trevor K.

Rented a furniture mover ($7) that was unavailable and unknown until check in. ordering one does not imply availability. There were only 2 people trying to move their furniture (some very heavy) and the missing furniture mover would have been extremely helpful. Must be a first come, first serve basis even with a credit card to hold it. Everything else was ok. So word to the wise, don't expect anything to be available if they can give it to the person ahead of you or they didn't have one to begin with. I'm going to buy one ($50) since we have several more local moves from our homes to a rental and from rental to home being builit..Lana C.

Closed Saturdays. Even after I complained that you all had unilaterally changed my drop off to a location closed Saturday and then asked you to change it you didn't. Then, your phone app (which tries to ask permission for my Contacts -- go to hell Uhaul) wouldn't run. I spent 90 minutes sitting in the parking lot, wading through 3 Uhaul phone operators, just trying to return the equipment. You suck.RISSER E.

I had to drive from Cedaredge to Montrose to get a UHaul when we have several UHaul dealers in the Delta area. This made it extremely to get all moved and get back on time. In addition I had to pay mileage to and from Montrose so my bill was way higher than it should have been. Quit renting Uhaul trucks to UPS and FEDEX and have available for customers who need them to move.jim M.
Short in running light caused me to have to stop for night in hotel. Fuse fixed on vehicle and had to drive last two hours at night without running lights due to multiple blown fuses.Brian D.

I reserved a 26 foot truck for a one way move from CO to Arizona. Due to the previous customer not returning the 26' truck on time I was relegated to renting a 20' truck. A 26' truck was available at the pickup location but UHaul was unable to provide permission to use it for a one way rental. As a result I had to leave behind some items that would not fit in the smaller truck.Richard B.

National computer system needs to be fixed. Location I choose didn't have the equipment I needed so was transferred to another location with no update to me. Luckily I called with a question so I knew it had changed BEFORE my pickup date. Even with online check in the process the person had to do and redo was rather ridiculous.Rebecca K.

Dads came through for me but the actual reservation was a bit of a nightmare. Nobody ever contacted me or assigned my trailer as promised to me after driving hundreds of miles and reserving early. My preferred/reserved location did not have one and wasted their time and mine trying to locate one at another location plus created a lot of stress.Luckily there was one at Dads but the situation could have been avoided if reservation system worked properly.Todd W.

The service at the location was amazing. However, I got an email at 8 pm the night before saying my rental was cancelled that I was supposed to pick up at 8 am. Not impressed with the communication between online reservations and the actually location. Ended up having to drive over an hour each way to get a significantly smaller trailer than the van I had reserved 2 weeks prior.Jay S.

Offered no help to hitch up. I had to look through their yard to find the right one. Had to make a 300 mile round trip just to pick up the trailer. My basic disgust with the whole experience is with U-HAUL corporate and not the local dealer. The on-line experience was slow and unhelpful, the phone calls to the 800 number were similar. I was offered compensation for the long trip to pick up the trailer and then told by another person they can't do that and maybe the person who offered it was "new".Thomas B.

A huge gas leak prevented anyone entering the business so I never got close to the building when I dropped off the uhaul truck and everyone was scared the building could blow up so it was a scary situation.Sharon W.
