A little confusing where to park for drop off - not many spaces, and I didn’t want to block off the gate. It seemed like it was okay to park it roadside next to the business, and I haven’t heard otherwise. Overall, not a bad spot to drop off - key drop box was easy to find.

Wayne MUnfortunately, when I called U-Haul and told them what I needed, the representative from U-Haul told me the trailer I was renting would be able to tow the truck that I have, this is not the case, the trailer was at least 2 feet short, I had to immediately bring the truck and trailer back after putting 20 gallons of gas in it, I did explain that to the woman where I pick the vehicle up, I did not blame them because they did not make the reservations, the reservations were made at another U-Haul location, I would appreciate if I could get a refund my money, I’m asking you to please look into this matter and consider giving me a refund.

Gary SI had 30 boxes banded together which I purchased in January. The owner would not return my money because of the time frame kept. They looked the same as they did when I purchased them. I would appreciate U-Haul sending me a check for the amount paid in January. They were all large boxes. Being frustrated I told the owner to keep them which he did. It appears you policy is not being followed with vendors so I would like U-Haul to send me a check.

Charles FLocation was good overall. U-Haul system was down. They did their best to get me checked in and into equipment ASAP, although the system glitch resulted in getting going 20-30 min late. Handled check-in via mobile app and phones. Cargo van was good-very good. New Chevy Van. Well equipped. After-hours return was a bit of a hassle; had to take multiple pictures of the van at the location. Understandable, but a bit of a hassle. Overall experience: good. get the system fixed and streamline the return process.

A young lady by the name of Katrina assisted my son and I in the paperwork and review of proper hook up and U-Haul safety procedures. Katrina was very thorough and made sure everything was attached properly. Her company enthusiasm and customer care level was truly a 5 star 🌟 experience. I recommend this location for all your moving needs!
