Furniture la let's that I had on my order were not in truck. Might want to change your picture on the pick up info. It had a 125 on the door and that's the other building. Your door had a 150. Makes it harder to find the key boxes.Jarred S.
I didn't like the the truck at all , without having a back camera how do you think that we will be able to reverse the vehicle . We are not a trained truck drivers to estimate how much it will be and all . I didn't like the way it isRajkiran C.
Do not expect your guaranteed reservation to be honored and surely don't expect to reach someone at UHaul's corporate # that is willing to help ensure you have the vehicle you requested and needed. And when the vehicle you ordered shows up during the ridiculous check in process and they tell you that there is no way they can get you the vehicle you reserved until at the earliest the next business day but still pay full price, go screw yourself and damage your belongings because we lied about having a truck with a ramp available for you. Worst experience ever and by far their corporate customer service is absolutely horrifying and not what I would be proud to have interact with customers. The only thing I can say is at least after I relayed my experience someone at the rental location reached out to discuss the situation (highly doubt it will be resolved) But at least some attempt was made to at least let me feel like my concern is being heard whether or not they actually care.. who knows?REBECCA C.
The location was closed by the time of my drop off. The key drop box is not clearly mentioned at the front of the location. I had to call the UHaul customer care to get the next steps and search the drop box walking behind the UHaul location.Aditya W.

I reserved a uhaul at one location, and they gave away the last one they had right before I got there. Then they sent me to another location without transferring my reservation. That location then sent me to a third location even further away causing me to spend more money on miles and gas. Overall this was a terrible experience trying to reserve a truck.Dekoda W.

We showed up at 3:50 to pick up truck. Clerk did not give us paper work nor check the mileage with us. We got charged and extra $47 for over 91 miles. We 29 miles!!!! We were told to pull out truck so wedged in between other trucks I could barely get door open to squeeze in. I was about to complain, but I saw the store clerk lock store doors and jump in his car before I could reach him. I have called three times and waited on hold to complain about the extra $47 charge and each time I have waited around 30 minutes and I have to hang up the call.JonandStacey J.

Awful. I was so overcharged. This location doesn't seem to provide anything but the truck and not even the one requested. I ordered a 15' truck as reflected on my receipt and received a 20' and was charged accordingly. I requested 12 furniture blankets and there were three in the truck and I was charged twice! I also requested a dolly and did not receive a dolly in the truck. I would advise customers not to purchase any blankets or moving equipment from this location as only the truck will be included.Calvary Z.
Get the app to work correctly. While trying to drop off, the photos don't load which nullifies the convenience factor. Had the same problem the last time I attempted to return the equipment via the app. Still not fixed? DisappointingWilliam M.

Inside the truck, there was full dust and mud..it was dirty .spend half an hour to clean it before I start moving..other than that the location exp is good. Please make sure to check the truck is clean for better customer experience. No such checking has been done.Abhilash C.

Took a while to find it because there are NO signs out front indicating their business or Uhaul. Sign on the door said "closed" on Sunday. No one was there when we went to get the truck. Finally opened. I had reserved a dolly and they had no dolly's available. It was a fiasco of a rental. Would NEVER use this place again.Charles B.

I was overcharged - I never opted for CDW. Even after removing CDW-i was charged extra sales/rental tax and I complained to AZAG about the same. What was $1 environmental fees for?Ashutosh S.
They never even opened up yesterday. After waiting for 30 minutes, I called U-Haul and they switched me to mobile pick up. I could not possibly rate this place any lower then I haveâ€¦ Or I would have. I did leave them a very unfavorable Google review. You should evaluate what is going on at this location.Philip A.

The staff at this location were very nice. I was surprised to see that my pickup location was switched by U-Haul just hours before the scheduled pickup time, but I'm actually glad it was. The guys were friendly and welcoming. A small U-Haul pickup location, but very helpful.RICHARD M.

A U-Haul rep just called me and changed my pickup location to this mobile pickup location. The truck was there but no dolly or the 4 dozen furniture pads I had rented. Now most of my furniture is scratched and will never use mobile pickupâ€¦ everâ€¦ never againâ€¦ , $1800 dollars or damages caused by that mistake.Ricardo C.

Everything about the physical experience was excellent. Douglas did a great job communicating and the truck was very clean! My major problem is with the uhaul app. It kept restarting and not saving my info after inputting multiple times.Harmony F.
