Tami was amazing and extremely helpful. I've rented at other facilities before and she was the first agent that actually cared enough to explain different options. This location will be my go-to from now on for my van rental needs.

I had gone to the location drop off location as stated in the contract by the scheduled time only to have no one there to check the vehicle. The gentleman that was there did not know how to do it and said they will be back in an hour and he said he would not that I was there and dropped off the truck. I could not wait for the guy because I was in so much pain from the infection on my back, I decided to go to a doctor and I would come back. Two hours later the entire drop off location was locked up with no one there. So I called customer service and explained to them what happen and she told me that the vehicle could have been done remotely and i could be charged more for not turning it in properly. I dont understand if that was the case why was I not made aware when I rented the uhaul. I really needed to talk to someong because I had bins that needed to be checked in and documented problems with the truck throughout my use. I had roadside service come out and they were not able to fix the issue, which caused delays in my move. The key got locked into the ignition and could not be removed or fixed apparently. I had to stand guard and watch to make sure no one took off with the u-haul because the key was stuck and anyone could jump in and drive away. I could not lock the doors because then I wouldn't have access to it. Overall the u-haul experience has been a awful one and for the price I paid for it will make me think twice about renting from them again.

Fix your site for checking in and returning vehicles, lots of errors, kicked me out a few times and had to start again which was very frustrating

The pick up process with UHaul is ridiculous. What is with the verification process where I have to give another phone, contact? This caused a big issue for me. My husband and I were renting the truck, why does anyone else have to be involved? We sent you my husbands picture along with the front and back of his license, why is more needed?? We got to the location to pick up our truck at 10:45, we didn’t pull out with our truck until 11:40. The hold time when I called uhaul was ridiculous. I finally hung up since no one ever came in the phone.

Everything was perfect, we have rented about 4 uhauls in the past few months from different locations, this was our first time at the Kumry Rd. location and this was the absolute best experience. We will definitely be using this location every time we need a uhaul. Tammy was fantastic! Super knowledgeable and extraordinary customer service, she made the process smooth and easy. I would highly recommend!

Pick up was horrible. Your on line system was one of the worst things I’ve ever experienced. I got there at 7:10 and didn’t get my truck till almost 9:30. The place was closed but fortunately a mechanic was working on something and he called the owner who then contacted UHaul and I finally got my truck. The help line wait time was 1 hour. That is unacceptable. I would never recommend UHaul on line but the dealer was more than helpful and I was pleased with them going all out to help

If you're not familiar with the area it would be difficult to locate. Its on a rural country road. The phone approval took an hour to upload pictures and get approved. It took an hour off my move time. It was very frustrating. I won't use it again. I don't recommend this service. On line assistance took forever. Not a happy customer.

The location was fine, but UHaul service SUCKS! I’ll never come back to use your trucks. We accidentally locked the keys in the truck while it was running, and I was told I had to call a locksmith. Fuck that, I paid $200 for the day that included roadside assistance for that exact reason. Your customer service sucks ass.

renting a truck from uhaul was an absolute nightmare. on my way to pick up the truck I got a call that I had to pick up a truck somewhere else which was about 60 miles away from the original place I reserved a truck so that was quite a bit of extra gas I had to put in. I ordered 2 dozen furniture pads and they we not in the truck at time of pick up and I never recieved them but ofcourse I didnt get refunded the money. the place wasnt open and is in the middle of nowhere with barely any cell phone service so trying to check in online didnt work. sat on hold for almost an hour till someone finally answered. at time of drop off they tried charging me an extra 300 dollars saying I drove almost 700 miles when it was actually just a lil over 200 miles.

when I called for a reservation they took my credit card information and told me they called me back, they called me back to give me the location of pickup and they told me 24/7. When I went to pick up the truck, I found myself uncomfortable because they didn't explain what 24/7 meant, and it took an hour before getting the keys and I had to call my son to be helped. I suggest that when someone books, it's important to explain what 24/7 means and if they know how to use 24/7. Best regards Alex
