WILLIAM AI was pulling out of the parking lot just after I rented the trailer n it popped off my truck n slammed into my truck. N the worker hooked it up to my truck, the trailer receiver was at fault my number is 843-834-2639 im Alan Gallichio.

Tina HStop having the customers hook up their own trailer. Customers are told to hook up then pull around so that the employee can take a picture. Also, drop offs need to be made convenient. This site locks their gate at 3pm on Saturday and do not open it back until the following Monday. I had to drop off at another location. Also, I see that the drop off location is Charles Hardy, but my comments are not referring to this location, but the pickup.
Silas JThe folks at DLB we’re great. I had to pick up a race-car from a shop that was closing and DLB was flexible with me getting the trailer returned. I will definitely use them again when we drop car off at new shop.

William AThe owners of this location should make it abundantly clear that if you leave your cars overnight, it is going to be locked behind a gate. This almost forced me to pay for two different rental sessions. Additionally, having to drive the truck back home caused me to incur more millage. Also, the digital check out option almost charged me an extra 50 dollars for the extra session as well as gas that was already in the truck.

BOBBY MMy only reason why I would not recommend is because this location contact information is inaccurate and when I actually called uhaul I was told it was nothing they could do. I was given another number to this location by uhaul and that number was also disconnected. I was so stressed out due to my mover leaving his wallet and uhaul told me my best bet was to get there first thing when this place opens and I had to miss 3 hours of work time.

Britney EReserved a truck less than a mile from my house, super convenient...the night before pickup they moved me twice - final pickup was 30 minutes away and an hour and a half later pickup time than what I requested....when that happens there should be more than just an offer to give more mileage. This location was fine, but bad experience with coordination and lack of customer service with no regard of how inconvenient It is to be changed to two other locations the night before your move.

WILLIAM ANo walk through on inspection of trailer , also we used trailer to transport large arcade machines due to possible weather conditions . As we arrived in Taylors and opened trailer all machines were very wet . We were able to dry before any damage to wood .

Sean HThe truck smelled really bad. In the back of the truck there was broken glass. I was suppose to be able to pick up the keys from the outside box and I had to go in and go through the entire rental process again even though I did it online.
cynthia aFirst Location called 4 hours before pickup after 2 month before booking that there are cöosed. I had to scramble and call Customer Service. The switch contract for the bew location had problems and needed to be canceled etc. 30 min process
