Horrible experience. 2nd horrible experience in a month. If we had a choice we would have used another truck rental company. The mobile app is worthless and no personnel available even when it was guaranteed.
Peter RIt took more than an hour to complete the 24/7 process, I already paid estimated amount based on distance which is exactly how much I travelled , again the drop experience wasn't good due to the way Android app is. Plus today again 14 dollars are deducted from account even after filling in more gas than I used from the can. Overall poor experience
Deepak SOnce again I made a truck reservation and the pick up location was changed a couple of days before, I received multiple calls to process the change and everyone promise me that the 3 dolly I reserved will be in the truck. Well none of the dolly were in the truck and the location was closed making extremely difficult for me to make the move for which I rent the truck. I am very disappointed and most likely will never book a UHaul again
Pedro FI initially reserved the truck online for 8am. This location is not even open at 8am so someone had to come meet me at 9am. Why I'm being charged for 2 rental periods when I had the truck for less than 24 hours is beyond me. I ended up starting late because I couldn't get the truck on-time. so I had the truck a total of 9 hours, I was under the impression that I had the truck for the day and was never told that it was by the hour or in 8 hour periods. Definitely not happy with this location and I will not be renting from them or uhaul again.
