I put n/a because I didn’t want to say no for question 2. The interior and exterior were totally fine to use, but there was mud on the floor of the truck and covering the wheels. It was fine but I struggled with the “is it clean question” when we both picked it up and dropped it off. The truck worked fine and was the perfect solution for us to pickup furniture when disassembling a family member’s estate, but there was rubber that was loose around the windshield so it made funny noises when the wind would blow hard. This location is super convenient for us and we really appreciated the ease of reserving online and picking up with a few quick steps.

The attendant Angie, while being very personable was obviously on some type of upper as she was unfocused and kept delay Ing the process by telling stories of past clients and she was extremely antsy as much as to make both my son and I very uncomfortable. Oher than that everything was ok,. the facility could use a facelift. as it was seriously run down.

There are several buildings, and, depending on where you're coming from, it can be a little hard to tell where to go. Staff was very friendly and helpful -- came outside to direct me on where to park.

Less than one hour after renting the trailer I received a call from Andi at this location wanting to know what time it would be returned. I advised most likely between 3:30 - 5:00 pm. She asked that it be returned the following day as they would be closing early due to an appointment and stated I would not be charged for the additional day. I reminded her I was already was paying for the two day minimum and that it would be returned before their closing time. She called me back again stating that her appointment was running late and again asked to return it the next day I told her that it was on its way to be dropped off while we were speaking which was around 3,:30 pm. She then said something about the fucking trailer and hung up. You are not expected to drop the trailer off at the convenience of the location. Not everyone has the room or wants to keep car transported overnight. This woman expects the customer to be inconvenienced around her needs.

It took me 21minutes to leave the location cutting into my three hour window. It was all due to updates being made to your system. There was nobody ahead of me in line.

No improvements needed. Ms. Andy did an amazing job taking care of my wife and I thought out the rental process. The truck was very clean, very new and drove great. Upon returning it, Ms. Andy provided professional speedy service checking us in and sending us the final invoice. Thank you and if the need arises again my wife and I will be a return customer.

Truck was clean and ready on time. The woman was helpful,polite and knowledgeable both on the phone and in person. The Rental office had the strongest smell of cigarette smoke i have smelled in years if not ever. I had to leave the room once for fresh air. I changed and washed my clothes when I got home and toke the plastic off of the blankets because of the smell had the blankets not been sealed I would not have been able to use them.

I was moving my mother and had to change dates, truck selection and times. Andi at the Ijamsville location was awesome. She guided me through the the process at the beginnng and stayed with me during my changes. Truck ran great and we had plenty of room. I would highly recommend this location.

Andi was fantastic to work with. She was super helpful and accommodating. She provided lots of tips and helped me get the best value. I strongly reccomend this location. I showed up without a reservation after having a bad experience at a different dealer. When I showed up, she was busy but took a quick break to acknowledge me as compared to the other dealer who ignored me. Andi helped me out when I needed it. Go here first. I wish someone would have given me this advice.

I had reserved a truck at the Mount Airy location and was moved to another location in Frederick without notice. I called and they were able to move me to Monrovia. This location was fine however they charged me for fuel when I put fuel in to it prior to dropping off. I have the receipt and picture of the fuel gage when I dropped it off. I sent this by email to the email provided and it was returned as not deliverable. I will not recommend U-Haul to anyone after this total experience.

The contact people at the dispatch location were great. I called to change my pick up date and time and they said, "not a problem and we'll change it at no additional charge". AMAZING The lady at the puck up location was also just as nice. I called her number to confirm my changes and she had just left for the day. She asked if I could hold on while she turned around to go back to the office. AMAZING I explained I was just confirming my pick up change order and told her not to turn around that I would call her the next morning. She called me before I could her. AMAZING WELL DONE U-HAUL You'll have my business in the future.

The office to pick up keys is simply disgusting. It smells horribly of cigarette smoke other offensive things. Comparing this location to a place in Cleveland I used last year is night and day. I doubt uhaul wants this MD. place representing them.

Place wreaked inside of cigarettes. Employee was rude from the get go. Nothing was checked in. I had to call other location to get my reservation moved to my original location. Never got a call the previous night about my reservation like the email stated i would.

I dropped the vehicle at 1:00 AM on that day and next day I got a call from them saying you cannot keep the vehicle there, In the document they just gave us the drop off location phone number and I was charged $21 extra for nothing after dropping at night. Never recommending this drop off location. I want my $21 refunded

This has nothing to do on the location or the people working at the location, the 24/7 share needs work. I had to wait over 30 min for the approval. I waited so long that the location was getting ready to open and the lady who was there was kind and offered to help but by then it finally approved me. Location and the lady at the location was great and would recommend. I would not recommend the 24/7 share app
