mike dThis location is very remote and out of the way. I drove past other local dealers and way out into the boonies to deliver this trailer. I felt like I was doing U-haul’s work for them. If you want a unit in that remote location don’t make your customers deliver it for you. I feel like I should receive a discount for the extra time and expense it took.

Edward AI rented a uhaul for a day. I was not told about an extra mileage fee. I thought I could make multiple back and forth trips to move for the almost 200 initial charge. I got it turned in before 5 pm rushed did my all my moving in 2 trips from Navasota to Richmond. Only to find out I was charred an extra 150 or so more for my extra round trip I did. And I went out of my way to leave an extra 1/4 tank of fuel then needed. Unbelievable

Karen HThe 5x8 trailer was not at the site. The lady was able to arrange a 6x12 for the same price. The gentleman helped to hook up the trailer. I would not recommend this location because of the uncertainty of available trailers - it worked out for me OK but I consider myself lucky. There were no other trailers at the site. I could have picked up a trailer closer to College Station which would have made the transition much easier - the website did not direct me in that direction.

George K90 mile round trip for a car tow dolly?!? When I loaded the car on the dolly the left tire on the dolly was flat (9 psi), unload the car, go to three stations to find air to air up the car dolly tire. Two strikes
DAVID SThe one in Conroe in TX is so horrible. A technician there - Max failed to install the ball and hitch kit. She did not let me know about that either. As a result, I got into so much trouble on the day I hooked up the trailer. I had to drive 50 mins away from my home to get the trailer (your system changed the pick up location just 1 day before the due date, which is crazy) and needed to go around for so long to get the ball and hitch kit installed. I also called the one in Conroe to help me out on that day but they declined to do it. I was so frustrated and upset about the service in Conroe, TX.
The-Anh VThis location was NOT my preferred location. I was disappointed the owner(s) of this location did not inform me of their location (in respect to my preferred pick-up location) when contacting me to confirm pick-up. U-Haul's reservation details/emails were misleading on having me to believe my "preferred" pick-up location was "available" when in fact it was not where my pick-up would be located. I was mislead the entire process due to email confirmations LISTING my preferred pick-up although it was NOT where my equipment would be!! I lost almost 2 hours of my planned day of moving due to bad customer details by U-Haul's rental confirmation process(s). The frustration & anger on my moving day will be all too well remembered and I will be most likely to avoid U-Haul's rental services in the future.

DARREN SI have dropped off here before and will continue to do so. Going beyond the fact that they are convenient to our investment property, they are always very welcoming and helpful in getting the equipment dropped off.
John MFor me, this place was well out of the way. That said, each time I have rented a trailer, most locations closer to me never have what I need. I would like to add, however, that this place was by far the friendliest of any place I have rented a trailer. I will gladly drive out of my way to use this place in the future.

William STrailer was located per my request and was ready for PU when I needed it . Fast friendly service . Trailer was heavier then I thought it would be but worked out fine .
Steve ELoved the location. Just hate that I had to drive this far to get a Uhaul, even with a guaranteed reservation to pick up 35 miles closer to me. Come to find out (after confirming my pickup with a representative) that they didn’t have a uhaul for me and the only one they did have wouldn’t be available until the next day. Very hurt, and will not be using uhaul again. Also, I was WAY over charged on my rental fee (supposed to be 39.95 and was 79.90) and had to pay for the miles to and from the farther location even though it was uhauls mess up. I will stick to other companies from now on.

greg mOverall it was a pleasant experience however my drop off location was in NO way a Navasota address. 17 miles away. She was wonderful but the address should not say Navasota.

Michael PThis location was 22 miles and 3 towns away from where I moved to. the mileage allowed was not acceptable. Based upon my experience with this move, I doubt that I would ever recommend U-Haul again.

Tom MI would re train the lady who worked on Saturday April 21 at the Huntsville uhaul. She was not helpful until I called three times. To get to call the uhaul in Plantersville on a different phone number because for two days there number was busy.
Julie GPlenty of room to drop off and the lady on the phone was extremely helpful. They also seem to have at least one of every type of Uhaul - good place to rent from.

Paul LThis is the most helpful, competent, and service-oriented rental location I've ever dealt with. The owner is a problem-solver and a delight to work with. While it's not the closest rental location to my home, it's always my first place to call for a trailer.
MIKE SI made a reservation on dec. 12 2016 for a 4x8 trailor at the university dr location in college station to take to san benito one way. This was 6 blocks from where I work. I have on my reservation that pickup was to be in college station. 2 days before pickup i received notification that pickup would be at 1 of 2 different locations 40 miles away and they closed at 5. I get off at 5. The next option was 30 miles away closing at 7. No trailers in college station because of graduation. When i was leaving to get trailer, i stopped at original location because they had a 4x8 sitting on the lot. They would not give it to me. I drove 30 miles and wasted 2 hours to get this trailer. I was told that this is your policy. What a horrible way to treat customers .if i have options i will never use uhaul again.
