I returned the truck I rented one day early and was still charged for the day. When we returned the truck to uhaul your computers were down. We called uhaul and they said just leave the key in the box and call when the store was open. We went in first thing when they opened to explain what happened. I have time stamped pictures to prove we dropped it of a day early and a phone record of our call to uhaul. We rent from uhaul often but not anymore. If there is no one to return the rental to and your computer systems don't work how could we ever expect to not be overcharged.DAVID B.

When an employee speaks SOOOO highly of a supervisor (Casey from Idaho) you tend to take notice of things. His employees had nothing but amazing things to say about him. That however is nothing compared to the president of Idaho calling you on a Saturday, while on vacation to make sure I was taken care of!! Amazing customer service and what an AMAZING President over Idaho you have!! Kudos to everyone involved, but Casey you are a special man. Keep up the great work.Troy T.

Returned the truck Sunday morning. No was there and I dropped the keys in the drop-box. I get changed $14.00 to drop the truck off. The email receipt did NOT say what the $14.00 charge was for, WHY I AM CHARGED TO DROP-OFF THE TRUCK??? We folded and returned all the blankets, cleaned out the truck, had the same amount gas in it from when we pick the truck up.Robert G.

The truck I rented had well over 100,000 miles. The shifter was very hard to get in gear. There was no USB port so I could not charge my phone the entire trip.David A.

I reserved the uhaul online at a specific location, then you guys pulled a bait and switch on me and changed the pickup and drop off locations, which added several miles to the trip, which ended up costing me more ($0.99 per mile). I thought for sure you'd comp that since you changed the location, but that was apparently naive thinking of my part. That's a nice little scam you guys have going.Erik P.

I would not recommend the u haul moving and storage of garden city who made the reservation. They lack customer service parking, not adequately staffed, and when I called to get supplies I was on hold for 30 minutes so I drove there. When I arrived, Three employees were there shooting the breeze so why was I on hold for 30 minutes. The store on Fairview was very helpful.Robert S.

The agents here waited until I left the premises to tell me they could not take the vehicle this was because I was black they were very racists towards me now I have to pay an additional 157 dollars I will be filling a formal complaint with the better business bureau this is not rightJonathan H.

Online 24/7 check in sucks and took 3x as long as speaking with the employee inside. The system asked me several times to take a picture of my drivers license, as well as obtaining several different forms of ID/alternate contacts. Very poor online system from Uhaul. Not my usual location but they had the trailer I needed. Had to do my own trailer removal when I got back. Computer system required double entry of my information. Had to remind her to remove picture of my DL from her phone when I returned the trailerSTEVEN R.
I think I was the first customer of the day so that might account for the curt conversation when I initially arrived. Guess we are all wound a little tight with this virus thing going on. Once I started the paperwork, things went very well. The attendant was knowledgeable and when I pointed out the vehicle was only at 3/4th a tank if fuel instead of full as the paperwork indicated, it was immediately redone to reflect only 3/4th.... Could have been a better experience with some empathy being used, but we got the job done.GEORGE L.

Ordering online didn't go well. Come the day of our move they told us the truck wasn't available and I had to go to a different location. They were friendly, helpful, and very knowledgeable. They get 5 stars for sure!Holden R.
Location was not open during advertised hours, which put us late for our delivery. Though we were told the truck was reserved for us for 24hrs, we were advised it was reserved for someone else and we did not have the truck for that time frame. Clerk did not prorate our rental as promised if returned early. The lady was nice enough, however I will not rent from this location again. They were extremely vague and did not go over a lot of the agreements did not tell me how to properly bring it back I had to sit on the phone with customer service for over 40 minutes just to try to figure out how to get a hold of the location to only find out the guy left for a date. So will never rent a uhaul ever again. The worse service I have ever received beside the woman I talked on the phone with she was a better help then the others I had talk to.tia D.
Your automated check in is a joke. I turned my truck in early-at night. I stood in the cold dark parking lot trying to find how to do it. I got the email with my code the next morning. It wanted me to verify my position to make sure I turned it in at the right place before it would let me do anything, including entering my code. I had to drive back to the drop off place, where fortunately someone was there to help me. If you had asked me to rate my turn-in it would be a -0. I will avoid U-Haul unless I know that I can return during business hours. Never again will I rely on your automated system.KATHRYN F.

We paid full rental price $70 for 24 hrs for a truck with no AC on a 90 degree day it was like a 100 in the truck. It was miserable. I rent trucks all the time and this truck was awful. It should have been free.Reese T.
