Picked up our uhaul by half a tank the rear end went out in the truck. Pouring rear differential fluid everywhere. Then we were told to wait for a mechanic who took 2 hours. Then lied to saying he 'broke down' when he finally shows up 1 late in a brand new f550 truck. Even though there is q uhaul location 3 miles from where we are we weretild to wait 2 hours for a mechanic to tell us everything we already told them. Once we get to the uhaul facility we had to transfer all our stuff into another uhaul. Where my brand new leather couch got 2 holes poked in it. We finally get back on the road and this uhaul cannot physically be driven over 50 mph without the truck shaking you off the highway. NEVER again will we use uhaul.Cameron K.

They are under staffed. I had a long wait to pick-up and drop-off the rental. They are running multiple businesses other than U-Haul rentals at that location and there were non-U-Haul related calls that were constantly interrupting the completion of my transaction. So essentially, they are giving priority to their other business as far as customer service is concerned. I will not be renting at that location any longer.Norman Q.

The process for completing the rental on line was somewhat confusing. I got too many pre-completion emails and consequently had issues finding the validation number. I would suggest that that number be distributed by mobile phone/text and the be initiated by the renter.CHARLES K.

Did not mention if they sanitized the truck prior to me using it. It was not brought up to the front of the property and I had to walk back to it. Not that far mind you, but they were not busy.MARK M.
I made reservation for 3 hours to discover later that the lady that answered my phone call made it for 5 hours. They indicated the Gas gauge Was 3/4 and was way below that. For the same truck same mileage I paid 46$ at another location a week ago vs 59$. They suck and if I was you I would not let them manage my trucks so poorly. Because I had to do all the work myself and if you haven't driven a truck before. You might be able to do everything by yourself. I could barely get the lock offand struggled for a long time. Not only was no one there to recieve the truck, key drop off box was broken. I was instructed to leave the truck parked In the back and the key under a flower pot. Very unprofessional to me. More importantly I was assured that the amount I paid for the truck was it and there would be nothing else. I didnt go anywhere near the milage allowed, truck was clean and even had a full tank of gas although I recieved it at 3/8. I need that wrongful charge of 25 dollars returned to my account. I was highly! Upset with that. And I need to speak to someone about it ASAPsheila W.
First off. This location was the 3rd location I was sent to to pick up my reservation. Each location was further and further away from my house. While using my reserved truck I received several texts and phone calls requesting I return the truck to a 4th location even further from my house. My contract read that I return it to the location I picked it up. I did so. Then was told that if I did not return the truck to the 4th location I would be charged hundreds of dollars. So far your company is at strike 4. With the help from the lady at my original drop off location she helped me get it dropped off at another location, number5. You tell me how I should be feeling now. I will post this experience on social media and allow everyone to make their own decisions on wether to use U Haul in the future. As far as I'm concerned I am owed a GIANT APOLOGY and some sort of restitution for all the grief and extra driving I was forced to endure. So it's up to someone within the U Haul organization to either make changes or not. BALL IS IN YOUR COURT. JUST SAYING!!!!!!!!Robert J.

I had a reservation at another location originally. U-Haul changed it over to this location with the same date and time confirmed in the email I received from them. However, this location did not open until AN HOUR after my confirmation. I do not fault the location, but I DO fault U-Haul for getting this mixed up and causing a 2 hour delay in moving on one of the hottest days this month so far. Major pain that could have been avoided with a little attention to detail on U-Haul's part.Paul B.

Everything was fine until I looked at my wells fargo account today and saw that cypress flowers ran a bogus unauthorised ADDITONAL CHARGE wth my card today of 14.51 saying that its pending and it should be reversed when I already received the charges of the finalcontract taken out of my wells fargo account. Now this morning there's that additional charge bogus charge thats been taken off my account the guy Sam has NO IDEA WHY AND THE 14.51 IS OFF MY ACCOUNT AND I WILL BE HIT WITH LATE FEED OF 35.00 WITH WELLS FARGO BECAUSE MY ACCOUNT WILL BE OVERDRAWN FOR UNNECESSARY READONS BECAUSE NOT EVEN CYPRESS FLOWERS KNOWS THE REASON WHY I WAS CHARGED...THEYDONT KNOW BECAUSE THISSHOULDNT HAVE HAPPENED!! Be sure to double check the fuel level in the truck prior to leaving the store. I had half a tank and did not verify the 7/8 shown on my initial inspection sheet. Was charged $45 extra for the fuel at drop off.Steven H.

I don't think you can improve Sam. Instead, you should clone him for all your locations. His service, knowledge and friendly conversation made the reservation, pick-up and return easy and enjoyable. The Cypress Flowers location is now my "Go To" for UHaul truck rentals. John P. - Cypress TX.john P.
Not too happy about double the charge since we kept it longer than 4 hours. I did not realize I had request only 4 hours and didn't know you could do only 4 hours. I thought it was a daily rental. I went back thru the process and see where it just defaults to 4 hours so I guess that's how that happens. Extremely disappointed we were charged over $200 very expensive when the price is advertised as $19.95 per day.Angela W.

I specifically picked this place from YOUR website because it was listed as open on Saturday and I wanted to return my truck to a person, not a drop off box. Your site listed this as a Uhaul Moving and Storage. I guess I should have noticed on my ppw when I picked up the truck that this was not the case. I drove out of my way in Houston traffic to get to this place to drop off the truck, only to find it's a freaking flower shop and it was closed! I needed to speak with a person when I dropped off the truck (see my comments on the rental side about checking your trucks), but there was no one to be found and I had neither the time nor patience to search for another one. I did try to call several "UHaul Moving and Storage" locations I found on Google that showed to be open. I got only voice mails. VERY frustrating. You should really do something to delineate between flower shops and the like and an actual, attended legit, Uhaul only location. I suspect many of us would rather deal with a person and actually check in our rental rather than going through a convoluted online process before dropping the keys in a box and hoping for the best. I've used UHaul many times and likely will again, but I am NOT happy at all with how this experience ended.Roy B.
The truck was maintained but windshield was filthy - windshield was covered with bug splatter. Would have preferred to have a clean windshield. Also, need something to help shorter people get in & out!!Carolyn R.
