I think I left my knife in the vehicle by mistake, it's a green and black handle with a freshly sharpened blade, it is a folding knife with a tilted thumb grip to open it, if possible please return it to 5114 Fox hollow blvd spring TX 77289, thank you

I suspect the Dealer added insurance coverage. I rent cars frequently and use Uhaul and never select insurance as my State Farm policy covers my rentals.

U-Haul needs to stock their location with utility dollies. Was able to use an appliance dolly for my move, but may not be the best equipment for others.

The truck was having engine issues and was very slow. The equipment at this location for trucks is OLD. I have leased from other locations with beautiful trucks and vans, well maintained and comfortable. This location is behind the times. It took 15 minutes to get into the truck. The lock I was told was bruised. It took 45 minutes to return the truck. It would not accept pictures or indicate which pictures are highlighted as errors. Awful experience. I will not recommend anyone go there. Next time, Penske because this ordeal was miserable

Couldn't just drop the keys off... had to take 15 minutes taking pictures of every crevice of the vehicle, just to get charged $65 for a fuel service fee when I returned it with more gas than I had when I picked it up.

The truck did not have a key to the lock in the back so I could not lock up it up overnight. There was no window washer fluid so I could not wash the dirt and bugs off the window as I drove.

to drop off UHAUL is not an easy process. Took pictures once UHAUL dropped off and could not upload as website was not working. Terrible experience. Very frustrating.

Be sure to check your receipt when dealing with this dealer. We turned in a truck with a full tank and they tried to charge us $50.00 for fuel! They actually sent us a picture of the tank gauge..showing it was full! We got our money refunded but we had to be called a liar first. Would NOT recommend this location!

I don’t think it was right to expect me to drop off at a different location which I couldn’t because my car was parked at the pick up location and so then charged me for changing the drop off location which was 3 miles away. A single woman has to do it all without any help from others. Cypress Flowrs pick up manager was great!

Cup holders were gross. But the after hours check in was a terrible process. I parked and locked the vehicle. Prior I took a picture of the fuel and miles. I walk to the key drop box and drop them in. Then I see on the lid of the box that I have to go to a website. Checking requires I take a pic of fuel and miles, but won't accept the one I already took. But truck is locked now, so I'm screwed. Lady told me to just drop the keys when I rented it and talked about after hours drop off. Never said anything about having to check it in online. Long story short, provide better directions.

The cab of the uhaul had a leak. During my drive, there was a rain storm and the leak caused my back to get soaked. I reported this at the drop off location. There was also trash inside the uhaul truck from the previous user.

When I picked up the uhaul, I noticed there was a very loud noise as soon as I started the truck. I immediately told the man there was something wrong with it, he insisted it was fine and was normal for it to sound like that. When I turned the truck into the drop off location the man asked me if someone had tampered with the truck because there was an exhaust leak and fresh bolts put on there somewhere. I explained the pick up situation to him. The drop off location was great but there obviously was not an inspection of the truck done at the pick up location before I got it. Also there was no dolly or any moving blankets provided, this made moving heavy things extremely hard.

I was charged for 3 gallons of additional fuel. This is ridiculous. I added 6 gallons after travelling only 60 miles. The fuel level was the same as I left. The after hours online drop off process didn't work. Wasted time trying to process it multiple times and it kept going back to the start. I don't need to be taken advantage of by a business for a few extra bucks. Will not be back.

I said everything up by my phone and the day went to pick up it wouldn’t work didn’t have my password wouldn’t connect wouldn’t even show me the guy hadn’t come out we had to go back inside the store and do it the old way through the cum is computer I wasted 20 minutes of my time of the van rental renting the van
