Truck was not ready I was even running late because the uhaul website routes me to wrong pick up location. The furniture dolly I reserved and PAID for was not in the truck so I had no use of that but still got charged. The gentleman didn't explain anything and the truck only had a 1/4 tank of gas was barely back and not cleaned from previous customer...

The staff at the location was distracted. The truck was dirty and when asked don't they do more to clean the cab of the truck during the co-vid pandemic the response was "this is a rental truck for moving". There was no explaination of how to drive the truck and when asked was he the manager, the response was maybe and he went into the office and did not return. The vehicle should have been cleaned before rental, the auto operation should have been explained, and overall the staff member should have been professional, informative, and empathetic. Because of the emergent push for time I was forced to accept a vehicle I was very uncomfortable with. I pray ghee will be no health results.

Vehicle was not full as stated but I DID fill it up bc the lady was over the top rude. She seemed like the type to charge you that extra $40 outta spite. Also we didn't go over to see if there where damages prior to myself using it. Wouldn't recommend to my worst enemy to deal with that type of individual. Professionalizing in a corporate background, I would of fired her last week. They way she speaks to people is baffling. Also wasn't given the drop box code number to give the key back, had to figure that out on my own. Wasn't given in the app. Overall I rate 1 out of 100- never again. I'd gladly pay 3x to not deal with what uhaul allows other locations to represent them. Terrible mistake

Bernetta is the person that helped me. I was stressed and she was calm, helpful, walked me through everything. I had a headache and felt terrible and she was patient with me. At the return she not only took care of business but inquired if I felt better. She is a valuable part of that business and the main reason I will go there again and certainly the reason I will recommend this location!

Your app for android is cumbersome to use. Found that i could not download required pics through the link on order confirmation email; had to go through actual website instead of emailed link. Could not locate the keybox to return the key; finally decided to drop key into payment mail slot at front door. Online checkout through app took nearly 30 minutes after arriving to pickup truck. Return process took long time especially trying to locate the key return box (orange box as indicated on return instructions).

El señor que estaba encargado me trato indiferente , yo diría q un poco racista y a la hora de devolver el carro me dijo q no necesitaba darme el recibo , ahora veo q me cargo 40 dls extras a mi tarjeta, yo devolví el carro a las 4:20 pm y el le puso q lo entregue a las 6pm en mi recibo

check interiors odor cause i was using a 4000 mile truck basically new and was smelling like somebody piss inside on the floor mat and seat i clean it 3 times and wasnt able to a least get better odor..... But everithing else good

On the equipment clean and maintained need an in between yes and no like somewhat. Why can they not take off insurance when they know the truck was there and not used. Your statements and invoices are very difficult to understand that's why I didn't turn in the key to truck and charged for another day.

This is in regards to the U-haul facility on 1609 Spring Cypress Rd Spring, TX 77388 not the one listed. The one listed is where I ended up picking up my reservation so this review does not reflect that location. When I arrived to the Spring facility the line was very long. After waiting for 20 minutes, Debbie behind the counter alerted that if we already had reservations we could do express. I did express, then was told that I couldn't do it because I was getting a dolly trailer and would have to wait in line. 30 minutes later, got to the counter and was told that they didn't have the specific trailer that I needed. During my wait, there were times that the counter was empty for 5-6 minutes at a time. There seemed to be much confusion. Not a smooth operation. Waited for an hour to be told that they didn't have my reserved trailer. Fortunately there was one available 4 miles away. This facility, the one list, was great and smoothly operated. Gentleman there was friendly and courteous.

A charge of 5.00 went on my contract for Safe trip that I didn't want, I was told that in order to have it deleted I needed to go to my account and take it off. I did so but after it still wasn't coming off the contract. So I had to swallow the 5.00 because I had already spent to much time waiting for the clerk to figure out what was wrong through uhauls customer service via phone.

I did not receive my equipment and I had to pick up my truck from a different location from where I reserved and confirmed

I had a terrible experience with uhaul this time. I set up a truck pick up days before I needed it. On the morning of pick up reservation I arrive at the destination. Their was no truck in site. I tried to check in and it told me to contact a uhaul representative. That person said I should have been contacted about a change in pick up location. I went to that location and the truck was not their also. That storage facility said I could pick up a truck at another location. She implied I would be getting a discount because all of this was a failure on uhaul part and not my own. 2 hours later I was able to pick up a truck. This location forced me to drive an extra 10 miles in my own vehicle and also 10+ miles in the uhaul truck (which I have been charged for). Their are plenty of other rental companies available that this type of customer service is not needing to be repeated.

The attendant did not seem to know how to process rentals well. And when a customer in front of me stepped up to be helped his truck had been leased out to someone else. I had to convince the attendant that my 24/7 truck on his lot was mine because he couldn't find my name in his system. He eventually gave me the keys but with a look of regret. I don't know but I did not feel a high level of confidence that I had a truck until I drove off the lot. As far as the truck rental after that point it was an enjoyable experience.
