Friendly but unorganized. Had all the paperwork filled out ahead of time (which I highly recommend because the phone coverage at this location isn't great) and it still took half an hour to pick up the truck. Also recommend wearing bug spray at this location because the mosquitoes will attack you while you're trying to pick up the truck. They also kept texting me about wanting me to haul a trailer behind my 26' truck, but didn't say anything about it during the truck pick up. I'm pretty sure I could not legally do that without a special license due to the combined length of the truck and trailer.

Gladys KI've rented from Tony WI a couple times. The woman is a little hard to understand but gets info across. Makes me realize that she's at the same disadvantage having to understand us. I would definitely recommend to others needing a U-Haul.

Brian RAfter rental truck check in is a joke. It's in the middle of nowhere with very poor internet and YOU are going to charge me $20 for checking the truck back in because there's no internet? Get your sales offices off their ass and do it rather than force the customer to and then threaten to charge them a $20 fee to do it for them. That's like being charged a convenience fee at the store for going through a regular checkout rather than a self check out aisle- absolutely ridiculous!!

Richard Bwhen picking up the rental the contract and the equipment was not ready nor was the person waiting on me knowledgable, when dropping the equipment off evidently he never checked it in showing that the rental was complete.., therefore I was receiving notices that I never returned my rental. Very poor way to run a business
mark cThe equipment was covered in snow and no attempt was made to clean it off in preparation for my arrival. I also had to go dig it out and hook it up myself, and all the Uhaul rep did was take a picture of it after I had dug it out, hooked it up and drove it up to the office door.
David LGot in the lobby about 1035, a few minutes late, didn't leave till almost noon. One person working the counter, and wasn't sure on how to use the programming to rent out the u haul.
Bradley REquipment was not ready when I went to pick up at 12 PM on 10/6/22. Heater was not functioning because a cover was broken. Was told i could pick up on 10/7/22 at 10. No notes were made on the order. I was not told about $50 equipment guarante. Found out about it later. Woman making transaction was very hard to communicate with. Will never use this location again.

John JNot relocate someone to a different location an hour away. I had to hook everything up myself.
John BThey were not very clear and waited about 3-4 days before they even cashed our check. I'm still waiting for my refund. They never called me the first business day after, nor did they contact me until I initiated contact. Not very impressed. Also I told her the approximate mileage I would be driving ie. 260 each way and the mileage between my house and the rental office. Obviously she doesn't know how to figure that out. I shouldn't have had any extra charges after I returned it. However, I was told, via your app, that I owed another $69 dollars and change.

Andrew KHad sign that there was a $20 charge to help hook up trailer. Doesn't seem right. General comment about reserving trailer. Had reserved trailer in Chetek, WI 1 month before we needed it. Not available when we went to get it. Had to drive 40 miles to get a bigger trailer size that wasn't needed. Carly at U Haul office was great and gave us a discount.

Jeremiah BCharge $20 to help hook up the trailer! I have never even heard of such a thing. Uhaul has always helped me and checked lights and that I was ready to go.
Crystal DWhen the servicer hooked up the lights, the driving lights didn't work. They spent the next hour getting the trailer ready to travel. Excellent service.
Barbara KThey had the truck for a week and still hadn't swept it out. When my husband went to pick up the truck, we had a reservation and she made him wait while she got another guy a complete new rental, with no reservation. When the woman finally came back to help them, she said that the truck hadn't been swept out yet because they didn't have time. My husband saw the paperwork! They had the truck for a week! Plus, it was our moving day! We didn't want to have to wait for her to sweep out the truck when it should have already been done!
Rebecca BI return the truck when nobody was there so i can't comment to much about the experience. The address was correct so it was easier to find bacouse there were other trucks on the lot it was easy to spot. Again better bigger signs would help a drop of experience. The drop key box is small and it's hard to find and eassy to miss on a huge lot

ANDREA BMake sure you listen to where the person has to actually load the u-haul and give them more appropriate miles than I was given. I was charged overage for over 100 miles when they were told at pickup what mileage was and got told they couldn't change my miles and get someone that speaks better English
Brian GTruck cab was not cleaned out and back was not swept. Also there was more like 1/3 of a tank of gas not 1/2 as stated on the contract. Should have shown the truck and the gas gauge before filling out the contract.

Phillip SGot charged an extra $5.00 because our return sheet sayed to return to LaCrosse WI. 3 hours from our home. We bought our own dolly now as the cost for for one way was outrageous. Uhaul leaves a lot to be desired.
Kenneth PI was charged I was charged $183.00 and I was only one day late . I was told I didn't put enough gas in it and it had more then when I picked it up..
ronald wcalled a month ahead for reservation, then day before our move received a call saying they didn't have the 26' truck we needed. Owen went out of his way to secure another 26' truck from another location and our move went off without a hitch. Thanks for going the extra "mile" Owen

daniel kThe owner of company in Tony did not have anyone at shop trained to help with renting trucks . Owen was in NC for death of family member & we had to set this up with Owen by phone. Bad connection and trying to get help in Tony as well. Poor experience.

Bradley NMake sure that what you charge is the final cost. Make it easier to get deposits returned. Been over 2 weeks and haven't gotten mine back
