At this point, I would not consider uhaul ever again.

Its a self serv pick up and drop off which was great, but it would have been good to know that in advance... the customer service on the phone that contacted me, (jason) was great and helped me out a lot!! Thank you for that..

location was closed during posted operating hours when I returned the trailer.

It just doesn't seem like an appropriate location for a rental. It is a metal shop - a very good metal fabrication shop - however, all of the paperwork seemed "dirt smudged". The service personnel were very nice - no complaints at all about them - it is just a strange location. I have no idea why I was sent to this UHaul location for pickup - I had been dealing with a very professional place just a couple miles away. The UHaul website is terrible. Calling UHaul is even worse. I had much better luck driving to a UHaul location and getting help in person. Website or phone - impossible.

For one the Uhaul was being used as a storage by the muffler shop. That should have been a red flag.

The gentlemen who helped me were great - courteous and knowledgeable, and gave good tips for a better trip and truck return.

I had set up this rental 4 months in advance. The day b4, I received a call that now I have to go to another city to pick up the truck, then the truck was difficult and uncomfortable to drive, needed Maintenance!

I tried to make a reservation through another U-Haul location and it was nothing but problems and mistakes. I reserved an autotransformer and it was changed to a 10 foot truck??? I went to custom iron arts and they got me what I needed in half the time. They are awesome. The online reservation system is horrible and needs a complete revamp.

It's always about the people providing the service. UHaul has a winner at this location.

Trailer was very old. Used 1/2 tube of clear caulk to fill missing rivet holes and cracks in sealant. Right tire lost a large chunk of rubber. Made it to my destination ok though.

The person checking me out behind the counter quoted me a price of approximately $40 for the car tower, however, when paying, the amount was $100. When I asked why the discrepancy, he said he misstated the price.

One of the best place to rent any of their equipment. I highly recomend this place. Great customer service ever.

I have nothing bad to say about the Hereford location. Moving is a stressful time, and I was elated to find such a cooperative and humble customer service experience. Treat people like people. Excellent!

1. very poor lighting for drop off at night, could night find key box, and the charged us $25 to sweep out the truck (we couldn't see the dust in the dark).

Highly recommended place..The place is a very well customer oriented and very helpful, I highly recommend this place at anytime.

They had just opened the site and I was the first customer and the technician was learning on the fly and did a very good job of filing out the paperwork with no major problems.

The people at this location were not helpful. They didn't have any moving blankets, nor boxes when I inquired. They didn't give me a copy of the contract which in Taos was a problem and could have been one if I was stopped as I wouldn't have had any proof of renting the trailer. They made me hook up the trailer by myself.

First rate experience. would recommend.
