The van smelled like pee, had an oil maintenance message on the dash. The app didn’t let me get a vehicle for nearly an hour.

Juan CDrove to 3 different locations before giving up on the truck I was told to pick up. They said the keys were lost so I settled for a smaller truck. Bag of McDonald’s stuffed under the seat, passenger door doesn’t close properly and whistled on highway, customer service in this location was horrendous and I had to make 2 trips because they gave me a smaller truck. Second trip was barely 1/4 full. Disputed the charges and was told I’d get a refund in 3 days. It’s been over a full week and they closed it without paying. Now it’s open again. This is a complete joke.
cory hThis location needs to give customers all instructions before if they are closed. Also this location has automatic access where you need a code in order to return this truck, and they does not advise you about anything I had to figured it out by myself how to get in and out of the lot. That’s ridiculous. They should let upu know all steps, door code access or instructions to get there.

Dennis GI was charged $5 for gas even I filled thank even more than I should. It's not about $5 it's about taking money for nothing. Second thing is, when you are picking up the van they give you pictures of brand new Van, and the one you picking up is not even close...

QAIS AIf is a 24 hour location there should be a way to enter at any time. I had to wait outside for an hour until i was able to go inside. Also the van eas very dirty, i was afraid to rented and get a charge for cleaning. I ended up not taking the truck and was charged for not using it.
Walter PPlease do not have cockroaches crawling all around the drivers seat. Also the gate locked at night and I had to wait for over 20 minutes for someone to luckily walk out and open it.
