Made my reservation a month in advance and was told it was guaranteed. 2 days before my move they cancel my reservation...make my out of town move to Annapolis into an in town move...making me return my truck back to Baltimore...said they would apply by 50$ guarantee to the cost of my bill...they did not..:the App was absolute horrible.:.kicked me out a million times, made me re enter data...the list goes on. I'm still fuming that was is already a stressful day was made horribly more. U suck.

The mgr was great and very personable. The experience was great, but I had some trouble returning the keys at 3:17pm. The doors were locked and I banged on the door, someone saw me and waived me on. Finally after phone call (which rang busy) 4 attempts someone came and opened the door to receive the truck. Im from out of town, so didn't have the 20 min I waited for entry to return truck

The downtown location was difficult due to traffic. However, the gentleman who received the truck was very helpful once I found him. The office was locked and I thought I'd have to return, but he was out in the parking lot.

They first called me before my truck was due back questioning where I was. Then I went to drop off it was closed (they were to be open for another hour), no worries I completed the online drop off and was going to put the keys on the drop box. I couldn't find it. I contacted uhaul for help on locating the drop box looked around the building nothing. I was told to return the keys in the morning when they open. I returned in the morning they still were not open, but I did find the drop box during the day time. It was a back door area with no lighting, not a very safe place or easy accessible location.

Thought there would be a greater selection of vehicles, but location had what we needed and the equipment was very clean!

The dolly was not in the truck. I would like a refund for that. After I submitted all the pics from the app, I chose the option that I did not agree with the charges. Someone was supposed to contact me. I have yet to hear from anyone.

I think that there should be at least a duplicate key for a rental at the u haul location. Of course the person should pay a fee for the duplicate,but to go to the process of getting a locksmith is a little too much. The person at Roadside service was a sweetheart and very helpful. Thank u so much.Give her a raise.

The Van was pretty clean, placed in easy to access spot, and the key box was easy to find. No complaints at all! And kudos to whoever cleaned the van. It was outstanding!

The experience with UHaul was great. The complaint I have is the person being late. It caused my entire day to be off including having my movers cancel on me because I was late.

It took me over an hour to get with a representative from Uhaul to move forward with the online process. The people at the location were friendly however there was a major disconnect between the distributor and the U-Haul company. I will not be using that location again.

Went by on Friday to buy boxes, there was someone in the back who refused to come out and assist me. I waited for about 10 minutes and just left. The next day, when I picked up the truck, the door gate was again locked and 5-6 people were standing outside trying to get inside to pick up their trucks. This was around 9:30 am. Nobody came out. Luckily I used the app and was eventually approved and able to leave. When I left, the people waiting were still waiting outside. This is absurd. Also, I wasn't informed that I wouldn't have a furniture dolly until I picked up the truck. That made moving significantly harder, so thanks for that. Would rate 1 star but the truck was clean and full of gas so there's that.

Being from a sleeper community north of Baltimore, it was a cultural adventure to have to pickup this one way rental in the heart of Baltimore's crime center, where shootings happen daily (mostly nights). It was clean, well organized, and the rental agent very pleasant & professional.

Make sure that the equipment works. Thee 15 footer would not start and I had to make 2 trips instead of one. And was not compensated for using a 10 foot truck.

Van was dirty the representative was rude and gone by 3:44 p.m when we arrived did self check-in and drop off he was not there when we had questions.

The mobile pickup process was challenging and took 20 minutes for me to be approved - I understand that the volume for mobile pickups is probably higher now than ever before, but was difficult overall. The employee working inside the store was outstanding and super helpful.

My equipment was not in the rental van. I ran into a Uhaul employee in the lot, Donny Maxwell, who was very sympathetic and helpful. He tried to comp me the equipment cost to make good but I believe this resulted in me being double charged. No fault of his, the rental UI is cumbersome and I'm sure the system charged in error. I had to drive 10 miles round trip to pick up the equipment from another location, and I was charged for the miles. Very poor experience this time.

I'm not typically one to file a complaint with a company, but I would like a refund or cost adjustment of some sort after my experience. Bad delays and slow service because only one person was working. Inventory that I had confirmed earlier in the week was available at that location ended up not being available at the location and I had to go to a separate location for supplies after getting the truck. It ended up delaying my moving plans and I had to pay an additional two hours to the moving service to cover their additional time spent.

windshield was cracked right at eye level and the proprietor would not give us another truck despite having 2 more right there on the premises He claimed they were for local rentals only. he was willing to find us another truck but that would have necessitated us having to go to yet another location. rental was picked up NOT at the location originally requested which was already an added aggravation.

Made us wait for over an hour. Nobody was at the office. Couldn't perform necessary required computer input of the Uhaul portal to rent the truck in a timely fashion. Redid the rental agreement multiple times. No supplies were available on premises had to purchase at a third party. Store location is not ideal for two Anglo's in a predominantly racial area. Felt unsafe after comments and racial slurs were said while we waited. Thankful I'm 6'1” 245lbs. And Grew up in Chicago and it was still daylight.

The entire experience was awful. The location had one person and the system was down. I did express check in and it still took me 45 minutes to check in. Never again will I use this location.

They took money out of my account . When I dropped off truck I specifically asked any charges or anything. The person said no you are fine!! I left didn't not sign anything told I didn't owe anything. Next day they took 54.23 out of my account . 14.99 for over mileage whuch is ok ! But 38.00 for gas when gas is 339 I asked do I need to fill it up he said no it was over 3/4 tank .
