Payam EzatpoorThe uhaul was clean, but the gas tank was not full. I forgot to check it before I left. The biggest problem was that there was no ramp! We had a heavy credenza and other furniture, which presented a very difficult problem getting on the truck. We told the attendant at the end of the day, but she was unable to make any adjustments or discounts for us. That was disappointing. The truck was available at the time reserved.

Jeffrey EdwardsTye truck fuel cap was not locking so we were not able to enter the mileage because of the fuel cap message the customer service was helpful first and the first lady i talked to was very helpful after that i was put on hold for a very long time and at last the reservation was canceled however i was charged 50$ and i was promised to be credited by 50$. Kindly reverse the 50$ taken from my card and credit credit my account with the 50$ i was promised. I was not able to move to my appartement that day and me and my wife had to stay at a friend’s place which wss very embarrassing. Horrible service honestly and will never use uhaul ever again

William J Spurlock IIAfter inputting all known addresses, and not deviating from that route, Uhaul still charged me an extra mileage fee of 12 miles. Also, I left my vehicle with one quarter tank of gas extra, and was not offered an offset discount. Overall, I think Uhaul should do a better job of mileage planning for their customers when all addresses are known.
Mark WebbPerson behind the desk did not know any part of his job to the point he had to call someone on the phone to walk him through the process to check me out which seemed to take forever. The trucks battery died which was icing on the cake and i had to wait for roadside assistance . The employee, dead battery and waiting for roadside assistance all were the cause for me to not have enough time in the day to get what i needed done as i had to keep the truck an extra day and pay out of pocket unnecessarily. To simply avoid a repeat of this i will simply use Penske for any future needs and never recommend uhaul for anything and make sure i turn away anyone thinking twice about using uhaul.
STEPHEN FORBESThe issue we had was the tire pressure in two tires was very low. There was a warning on the dash. Running around trying to address that killed time needed to pack truck. Thought that should have been taken care of before we got truck. The truck cab was also dirty. Trash, cigarettes and storage area was dirty.

Joshua ManningThe office hours posted indicated the office opened at 9:30 am. When I arrived at 9:30 am to pick up the truck the office was locked even though the “open” sign was on. I called several times and no one answered the phone. I called the corporate uhaul number and they were able to speak to the employee who was working. Evidently he was somewhere on the property not in the office. when he came to let me in the office and process my reservation he never apologized for the inconvenience. Also I requested renting blankets which he said he had but after waiting an additional 10 minutes he came back and said they did not have any available. The blankets were a small concern but just added frustration to my experience.
John CollinsI returned the rental truck via the U-Haul app. The drop off location was closed, but the process for returning the truck and keys was well coordinated with the app.
JAMES GIDDENSIt was impossible to find the trucks due to no location description. Then, it was IMPOSSIBLE to find the key, so got my truck 30 minutes after pick up time because I had to search for the truck and key. Clean truck though, drove nice!

Joshua WaltonThey changed me double $25 per hour plus milage and fuel that it’s not fair it’s like I rent my apartment to you for $1500 per month plus the days that you lived in there!! The main reason of renting a car is driving and driving means going from one place and to the other place and using gas. Best, Ramtin

When my husband couldn’t find his way back and was knocking on the door she said to her coworker in a very belligerent manner, “didn’t I tell him (my husband) to go around the building to get back in?” When my husband said sorry for not remembering, she didn’t look at him and she was silent.

When I came back to get them I was told that none were available. This was on my original order and nobody bothered to tell me in advance.

Richard RunkelRenting a U-Haul was the biggest headache I’ve ever had of renting anything. He wanted me to sign all the forms but would not show me anything prior to signing. I asked to verify the mileage on the car before I signed the mileage verification. He gave me a hard time all four times I asked. I asked see the gas before I sign that it was full and he assured me that it was and told me just to sign it. We started up the car and guess what didn’t have a full tank?
John Michael BrunettiI had no issue with the place we eventually rented the truck from. However, my original reservation was a train wreck. The pick up time and drop off time were wrong(2 am - really??) when I called to have the time corrected they told me they would call me back (Mom's attic was the location) and then they did not. Called again and they told me my reservation had been moved and they couldn't help me. I had zero confidence that this truck would be available on moving day. Luckily cubesmart in Milton was on it, they were very professional and easy to deal with.
