This location was very difficult to find, as it is on a dirt/gravel road directly off of new circle. However, the people working there were able to get us our truck without a problem. There were a bunch of furniture pads left in our truck that we did not include in our order, but were useful.

Only one person there and she had other things she had to do. Tack welds connecting the square knob to the hitch bolt were broken. I had to use a 1" socket to tighten the hitch.

We reserved a truck--paid deposit--then NO TRUCK. No offer to discount, no offer to get truck from other location--just "sorry, we don't have any trucks" When I contacted UHaul via chat, the person/bot responded "it's a busy time of year" which I understand except I MADE A RESERVATION and PAID a DEPOSIT. The chat/bot person said, "youve received your deposit" as if that makes it any better--of course our deposit was returned, because UHaul didn't have a truck. Furthermore, we already had people waiting to help us and planned to move our things THAT DAY. Very frustrating and exceptionally bad customer service.

Hard to get to, nowhere near where I needed to load the Uhaul and my customer service agent said it was the closest. Upon arrival, they claimed to not have a Uhaul the size we needed. They walked the lot and gave us someone else’s after complaining.

This review is not only for this location, but my experience with U-Haul as a whole. I had to drive across town to go to three separate locations to pick up my rental. The first place was where I originally selected to pick up my truck when placing my order. I did not receive a call or email the night before my pick up day to let me know that my location had been changed. After driving there, I was directed to another location. Upon arriving at the second location (Metro Towing Lexington, KY), I was told that someone working the day before had given my truck to someone else and they didn’t have one to give me. The lady called around and found a truck matching what I had ordered at ANOTHER location across town. Finally, at CTS Towing, I was given the truck that I had ordered. Although, she had not been notified prior to our arrival because she was confused when we asked about our rental until we explained the whole situation. Finally, we were able to get our rental after driving around for an hour trying to locate ours. Due to this experience, I will never be using U-Haul again. I will recommend anyone but U-Haul to friends, family, and anyone I come in contact with because my experience was so terrible. Again, this review is not for CTS Towing specifically, but my experience with U-Haul as a whole.

The trailer did not have the electrical wires for the lights. I had to drive to the main store to get this installed. Bad location to access because of the road construction (this is not their fault).

The location had no visible UHaul signage and was difficult and dangerous to get into. Its location near on-ramp off a divided highway made it difficult to find and dangerous to enter and exit. Despite the very helpful woman at the desk, there was no one there to help remove or place the trailer. Won't be choosing this location again.

The people that took care of me were nice but they did not have furniture pads and admitted that they don’t ever have them so I had to go to a different location to pick them up and to me that is a reason not to recommend UHaul to someone. I think I should be compensated the price of the furniture pads because I had to go out of my way to get them!!

We couldn't get our truck. We waited an hour and a half to get the truck. Then find out they didn't have the the appliance dolly nor the regular dolly I ordered ,so the lady told us. Then one of the guys found one "appliance dolly hiding" in the back. She told us she would take it off our bill for both. She did not. I was charged for a dolly. This caused me to be an hour behind on my move.

Arrived at 8:30 lady working the counter was pleasant and helpful but nobody on location to help to connect the trailer to my truck. Had to move UHaul equipment around myself to reach the trailer. The location is dirty with junk cars and parts scattered in the parking area. Upon returning again nobody to help disconnect equipment. I have experience with hooking up trailers and car hauling equipment my concern with this location and policy is the danger of allowing customers to connect trailers to personal vehicles without knowledge this is a accident waiting to happen.. I can’t express the disappointment with this latest rental from UHaul.

Better signs. Thought garage guys had door locked. Just hard to open. Representatives very nice and helpful. 1-800 rep told me credit card would hold reservation for truck and could pay cash when checked truck in, but had to pay upon pick up. Little confusion with that.

It was a little confusing to pick up but the return more than made up for it. Uhaul tried to charge me for two days when it should only have been one. The woman who checked the trailer back in caught it and fixed it.

Staff extremely busy, phone seemed more important than the person standing in front of them, waited a minimum of 15 minutes before my needs were addressed, took a total of 30 minutes to get the truck. She was pleasant and friendly when she did get to me

The Lexington location was excellent but out overall experience was poor. Our trucked leaked from the rain all over our items. Also, the labor we hired through u-haul in our destination town did not show up. They had double booked. Uhaul told us to just call someone else at noon on the movie in day. We just had to move things ourselves as no one else was available. Still trying to make sure that charge is removed from my visa.

The person who helped me was kind and tried to help. However, her system was not working properly. This made me waste a lot of precious time. Which subsequently caused me to incur another day of car rental. Also, the U haul place did not have the wires to connect the trailer to the SUV lights. This experience could have been much different. Thank you

Electrical connector from the trailer to the truck missing. CTS told me U-Haul doesn't provide those to them, so I got to drive 7 miles to the nearest U-Haul center, where they provided one and told me that anyone renting U-Haul equipment should have these on hand.

There was a lot of dirt and hay in the bed of the U-Haul 20 foot truck that I picked up at CTS Towing in Lexington, Kentucky. I did not realize this until I drove the truck away and opened the cargo door after I had already left CTS Towing. It is apparent that CTS Towing did not properly inspect the truck prior to my renting to it.

Youre doing fine. I attempted to use another company prior to using Uhaul. Big mistake. They left me a voicemail with no more calls telling me I didnt have a truck (I was moving the next morning). Then they billed me anyway!!! I have used UHaul alot over the last 20 years and I never had those problems. UHAUL IS THE ONLY WAY TO GO.

No customer service except front office person. I was given a trailer number and left to find it and attach it myself. Had to move two other trailers out of the way. Every other uhaul place I’ve been has at least help and evaluated connections.

The front-desk was courteous enough, but I was basically told "its sitting right out there." I had to ask them to couple the trailer to the truck; I couldn't lift it by myself. Its normally been my experience that the renting dealer wanted to make sure the hitch, chains and lights were all connected properly, themselves, before they let it off the lot. I'm sure they're otherwise fine, but there will be no other opportunities for me to rent from them in the future; a one-time deal.

Very rude people with me as well as other customers that were there. Came outside while I was parking and said that I would not be returning the trailer there because I was not in the system. Then I was given the 800 number to call for details. After sitting on hold for 12 minutes, they told me to hang up that she would contact them. She did and they walked her through how to find me in the system and get me my receipt. I feel that both times I dealt with U Haul direct, it was less than satisfactory customer service and would like to be contacted about a reimbursement. Thank you.

The truck was dirty. The truck was walking all over the road once you get to 55mph. There was old food found in the truck. I was very unhappy with our u haul rental.

Put up some signs on where to park and enter. Clean up the back office. Make the internet faster so it doesn’t freeze up for twenty minutes like it did for us. The woman that spoke to us was nice, but her demeanor and the atmosphere was not professional.

Well i changed my drop off location and was told i didn't have to do anything about it because they changed it but i got two phone calls from uhaul that i was late on returning the trailer and i actually dropped it off 2 1/2 hrs early.

Make sure paperwork info for scheduled appointment is correct and matches the requested unit. If it does not, then compensate the customer for inconvenience. Also, don't charge the same price for 5 hours usage ad you would for 24 hours.

First, while the staff were friendly, one was slow in doing the paperwork to get me on my way, and the other made me, as the customer, take a photo to the mileage and gas gauge upon my return of the vehicle. And second, the truck I rented had a vehicle trailer attached to it that I had to remove without any assistance from the staff, and there were about a dozen furniture pads scattered in the back of the truck left from the previous customer. Both of these things should have been handled by the staff before I rented the truck.

I went into the steet location ,glass door front , opened door and a red big door charged at me , almost fell running out of the door , was so upset and scared , Went to side intrance ,I saw the uhaul sign , a lady said the door was supposed to be locked ,and that and it wasnt there dog ,the man behind her said dogs have a sence of people if they are good or not ,as if im a bad person , and I said mister ,Im a 56 yr.old lady ,in a white jacket , your saying im a threat ,you should not have a dog like that in a buisness of where many people from all walks of life will rent a uhaul ....that was on picking it up , they didnt do a walk thru just handed me a key , ...the door on truck would not come up n down very easy , no blankets in truck ,i was moving antiques, . Upon return ,I take key into side door where the office is in back ,and here comes that dog , . a different lady was there , locked dog up in another room , I was so scared ,the lady apologies for her dog , and her son states it doesnt like another fellow that works for them ...and I told the lady that the dog chased me out the day before and almost bit me ,but that the lady denied that the dog was theres ...as i was going to call city and make a complaint of a mean dog ...she said im so sorry and yes they told he came after you , I said you are very lucky he didnt bite me ,but he tried ...so no ,I would not recommended this site to anyone, my nerves were tore up ..., Oh yes on day I picked up truck ,After the dog tried to bite me ,I call the number on front ,lady answers phone ,I tell her Im trying to pick up a uhaul rental truck , and dog tried to bite me upon entering the buisness, she states that door is supposed to be locked ,come to side intrance, I ask her if she will meet me at door as i dont want to be eaten , she acted as if ot were a problem , finally she opens the side door ,smoking.,smh...Im a non smoker , with ashma , ....no I wouldn't recommend that location . sincerely Sharon Corman

Out of the way location - not well maintained office area - jumbled lot with U-Hauls and vehicles scattered about in not a very well organized way. Drop off was sign/approve the payment and go unhook the trailer just anywhere I felt like out in the lot by myself.

Second drop off licaton: Lady was very busy, answering phones, scheduling, dealing with customers, all with a smile and thanks, would only recommend you get her some help, or better yet, try doing it all yourself . . . then you would see what I mean.

very helpful staff - I did the online sign up and check-in....it was a waste of time because I later found out that thee is no one onstage to process the sign-ups after 7pm... so I had to start over with the 1-800 people and then it wasn't correct and the local team had to edit the reservation which caused delays in the overall pick-up..

My rental was originally scheduled at 1200 new circle location, beyond their control my rental was not on site. To accommodate me, they offered a larger truck with no additional charges. They drove me to the location of the truck. Awesome customer service.

The ladies in the office were great. They were as attentive as could be with all the tow truck calls they were receiving. The little office dog was cute too. The towing business is number one so customers can plan to be waited on last. The lot had a ton of potholes and standing water. The men will not acknowledge you. They will stand, smoke, and watch a 50 year old woman back in a large trailer and disconnect it with the help of her children. They are lazy low life's and will not help. If you ask, they will say they work for CTS Towing not Uhaul. I will never use again and recommend the franchise be removed.

Had to jump my rented truck twice. Lost way too much of my day waiting for a jump pack because another car couldn't reach the engine. Ordered a furniture dolly online and they didn't have one, which wasn't a huge deal. However the location didn't even have moving blankets. I thought those were quintessential moving supplies but apparently not here. Used to trust Uhual to make moving days less complicated - got a huge headache and didn't even get the job accomplished because of it.

Most unprofessional business I ever had dealings with with horrible customer service! I honestly wouldn’t be surprised if I got contacted from uhaul saying the trailer wasn’t returned! No receipt confirming drop off ! I took photos of trailer on street where I was yelled at to drop off !

I found the location very easily, but what I thought was the front door was locked. I called the phone number and a lady directed me to a side entrance which I found very easily. She also told me to take a picture of the mileage and fuel gauge before I came in (which I did). I had no issues with turning the truck in, and I was told there would be no extra charges. Everything went smoothly with this location.
