I took the wrong truck because I did not have the email confirmation on the truck. I know it's a 24/7 location but I feel there should be a representative there to greet you and verify the truck's condition. I will never go back to this location again. No one was at the office to aid when returning the unit and the app wasn't working to let me check the truck in. I shouldn't be charged for the 2 extra days.Michelle E.

I wasn't after hours and No one was there. I called and was held on the phone for almost 20min. Was asked to put $57 bc there wasn't any gas in the truck when I got it then goes to say I would receive 75cent back after I put in $57. Entering in the truck and it smelled like Marijuana. Definitely would recommend it to anyone.Christi A.

It was very difficult to get the truck rented through my phone, and then when we turned it in I had way too much trouble with the price billed because for some reason you guys didn't read the pic of the gas we put back in, then you didn't charge me for over a month. I am very unhappy with the customer service and this location as there is no one there even part time.Cheryl S.

I was told with mileage that my total would be 124 and some change. I opted for the 14.00 coverage and was charged 28.00. So I ended up paying a price if 181.00 which is NOT what I was told plus gas. So I'm very upset with this whole ordeal and won't ever use Uhaul again!!!Dana I.
