The original pick location at Magic Time Motors did not open at the agreed time (10 am), did not have the equipment available, and we were not notified prior to arriving at this location. This caused a 2 hour delay in our moving plans and cost us another $100 for our contract moving help. I would like a partial refund in our rental fee to address the additional costs we incurred and the time wasted.KEVIN M.
The gentleman that checked me out was very rude upon arrival and through the whole checkout experience wasn't to fond of providing great customer service. Seemed to be as if he did not want to do the company right by helping their customers. While loading up the trailer he approached my vehicle telling me I need to turn off my vehicle and not to get out and once he had finished connecting he rudely said to turn on the truck. He yelled out turn on your lights and take them off of auto. He then checked the lights, turn signals and walked away. He never once mentioned that the running lights on the passenger side weren't working, I had to find that out on my own. I have pictures only driver side of the trailer we're working. It was the worse experience I had ever picking up equipment. Let the gentleman know the next day I dropped it off and he kindly apologized for the inconvenience and said he will bring it up. Don't catch any names but my pickup date was 12/5/21 and drop off date was 12/6/21 if that helps.JAKE R.

The trialer had something sticky in it that ruined a mattress. Then the reservation didnt have the correct dolly I reserved... which made the job much harder and take an extra day that i wouldn't have needed otherwise. If course you bait switch fuckers were nice enough to charge me for the extra day caused by your lie. Next time someone who is move several frides reserves a appliance dolly... dont give the a smaller useless box dolly with a shrug.Maxwell H.

More available truck options and staff did seem to willing to assist. They gave us a printout with the wrong gas meter. The paperwork said half a tank and we got int the truck it read quarter tank. The whole process just seem disconnected and impersonal.christian S.

This location had a friendly representative... the only reason I WOULD NOT recommend is because it is a small location and does not have a wide selection of supplies and equipment. Because of this, they did not have the appliance dolly & furniture dolly available as part of my order. I had to go to a bigger location that had these items.WILLIAM W.

As soon as i walked in was told I reprimanded for not wearing a mask even though it's not mandatory and fully vaccinated..was told I could not drop off my rental early and was forced to issue 4 hours of work resulting losing 120$ in wages would have been cheaper to rent for an extra day and drop off laterJohnny B.

I had made a reservation online and opted to checkout with the app as I have done at another location for a faster checkout process and to avoid delays. I still had to wait over 30 minutes to be able to check out my truck. The app didn't work correctly at the time and I still had to get my key from the associate. What you can do to improve for the next customer is get rid of the truck that I drove today, apparently it had been in a wreck the fenders and doors did not even matchup it made so much noise going on the highway I got a sore throat from tight trying to talk to my passenger I had to screen basically, I will never rent a u haul againthomas J.
