There was no jack on the trailer. My drop off time was after hours. I had to find someone nearby that was willing to help me lift it off my hitch to get it off the truck. These trailers with brakes are heavy at the hitch. They need jacks.

Never ever!!!!!! they were rude and charged me an extra $90 I brought the truck parked it where they said to they made no effort to check in my rental I even put more gas than necessary and was under the required mileage.I will use another moving truck from another company .

It would be nice if your 6x12 enclosed trailers had a tongue jack. If you’re by yourself and trying to disconnect or reconnect, it’s almost impossible!

First off I paid for one way and I should have just returned to this location as she sent me 25 miles from my location wasted over $60. Also the guy put chains on wrong but I didn’t touch because if anything happened it was going to be on U-Haul.

This is my 3rd time renting from this Uhaul. Lady was very friendly and professional. KThe van was clean and well maintained. Highly recommend this Uhaul location. They seem to appreciate my business.

The customer service was very poor. The lady working there was very nasty. She was snatching paperwork from us and slamming it down and rolling her eyes and just being very unkind. I will NEVER use this location again. Terrible service!

I am unbelievably annoyed with this location. Our van was disgusting. It might have been eye worthy but the cup holders and dash were disgusting and sticky. It hadn't been wiped down in forever. Annoyed with the lack of care when we were stranded for TWO hours on the side of the road. Even more so when we arrived to drop off that pathetic truck. Never again will we rent from this location again.

never been treated so rudely at a business, she yanked open the driver side door while it was still running rushing me to get out, yelling at a man that was yelling at her to move the unit, telling him she was moving it as fast as she could get me out of there. i asked about signing the paperwork and she said that she could stop working and go in and get it together and i can sign it or i can let her keep working and they will email it to me. i headed toward the office and she asked where i was going andi said to wait for my uber and she informed me there was no place to wait for my ride, and i could not wait in the office. so i was left walking down the road with my stuff in my arms like a homeless person. i parked my bottom on an outside picnic table at a closed restaurant and updated my uber location.definitely NOT up to uhaul standards.

This location was great, but the call center was terrible- set my pickup date for the wrong day even after being specifically told that happened a couple years ago(causing me to stay an extra unplanned day out of town) and I did not want that to happen again. I asked for the information about my order to be sent via text, but she sent me a text that had a link to sign up & download an app. That was extremely annoying considering I was already on the road, I had to call repeatedly to attempt to find out the address of the pickup location which put me 30-45 min behind schedule, then when finally getting a person on the line I find out it was originally scheduled for the wrong day. Very disappointed in the call center and the inability to listen like they just want to get your credit card info and get you off the phone. Had it not been for the extremely nice people at the Crowley location I would probably use a different service next time.

When I returned my 6x9 trailer there was no one there to assist me with unhooking. This was normal business hours and there was a note on the door that said "running an errand will be back at 4PM". This was approximately 2:30 PM. The trailer was extremely heavy and I may have pulled out my back lifting it off the hitch. I was on my way out of town for a business appointment and had no choice but to unhook it myself because I would have been late. Bothering me even more was that I was only 30 minutes late returning the trailer and they charged me for another full day. I know that technically they can do that but I had called ahead and told them I was in traffic. Overall a very bad experience.

We were very well taken care of by the staff. The facility was kept clean and accessible for the most part. Gate codes were changed frequently but notice was given. The staff was the most friendly and professional work staff I’ve ever experienced with a storage company.

Make sure you check the tags on dolly’s in the back of the truck, there was no tag on the one we received and we were charged for a Dolly even though we never used the Dolly.

Thank you for the use of the storage unit. We were very disappointed that rats were able to access our unit and leave droppings all over our belongings. We put rat poison out after finding out the day 2/3rds of our things were moved.
