The wheels on the dolly did not roll properly. They would hug one side more than the other. I would have taken it back but it took me over 45 mins just to get this one. This shop can not handle more than 2 customers at a time efficiently.

The man who helped me was super nice and worked hard to get the agreement done so I could be on my way. However, I had made the reservation online & paid in full, but he had to call someone because there were additional mystery charges. Also, 3 days after I picked up the truck a lady from Casa Grande called to see why I hadn't picked up the equipment yet. I was already in Oregon. Also, the truck was filthy. Inside the cab had dirt on the seats and all surfaces were covered with dust. There was gunk spilled in the cup holders and it smelled awful. I spend over an hour scrubbing the inside of the cab. The outside didn't look like it had been washed either.

The desk person was courteous and helpful. She gave us an extra day to return our equipment, which we needed due to inclement weather at our destination. Overall, we had a great rental experience, and I'd highly recommend this U-Haul location.

The young lady was very nice. She had a device to light the trailer off my hitch. It took less than 5 minutes to unhook. She did it all.

Was disappointed that when at the office we had talked about extending the return of the truck, from Fri to Monday morning. When I got to the city of return asked if I had until Monday morning to return and they indicated it needed to be back Friday morning.
