The only thing I noticed only after a police officer followed me for a bit. I stopped to gas's up shortly after and noticed the sticker on the license plate was expired. It said 3/31/22, I'm sure the police officer was able to call it in, he went on about his business.

Sardis location staff was not attentive nor very knowledgeable of how to use the online system, so it was a long time for a pick-up. I went by days early to be sure my equipment and supplies would be there. He offered no on hands assistance to see which truck I would be assigned, and then I was told "I have no supplies'" but he ever did anything to try to get thing or call U-Haul to let them know or assist in obtaining at another location. I then went to the Batesville location, but they were closed on Friday. Went again on Saturday and just happened to catch someone there assisting with another reservation pick-up. If locations are not going to be open the hours on the doors of the business, then they need to give a heads up or change the signage!!! Unnecessary frustrations when already dealing with a stressful moving situation. If I had not rented int he past from U-Haul and knew how difficult it could be to get supplies, then I would have been seriously upset and SOL for my needs on the day of the reservation!!! Furthermore, the text from U-Haul does not give directions to the correct location. It maps you to the west side of Batesville instead of the east side. I told the man at the pick-up location as well as the rep who called from the Jackson location, but neither seemed to care.

During the process, the store clerk was continually asking us to step back and let other customers pay for beer and other items. Sexually explicit items were visible on the counter, the clerk was very hard to understand, the truck was littered with trash, we informed him of this, he had no response. This was our first time to use this service, definitely not a place we would use again.

Disputed tank from when I picked it up to where I turned it in. Turned in with more gas in tank than when I picked it up. Have screenshots to prove pick up and turn in. Turned in with 1/8th more gas in tank than when I picked it up.

I pick my trailer up at 2 o'clock they do not except U-Haul's after 7 o'clock so I had to keep the trailer overnight and deliver it first thing the next morning and still charged me $70 I will never rent from this location again it is a rip off

Visited 3 stores to find out none of them had the equipment to provide the “ guarantee” that is advertised. I've never had problems in the past but I was very disappointed with the quality of service yesterday.

Place a sign on the empty building door informing renters to go into the fuel station to rent the equipment trailers. Check in online saves a lot of time.

I wen't right at closing. I assumed they were closed because of street lights and building lights being off. Then once I was almost done checking out on my phone, a man showed up and shouted at me as if I was trying to steal something. Then he tried to park my uhaul and trailer because he didn't like how I did it, and failed to reverse it into the space. He had to park somewhere else. It was not a good experience and I was a bit frightened.

It would be nice to know if your being charged for uhaul rental, mileage and have to fill truck back up. Don't understand the charge for mileage plus charge to fill back up.

I was surprised that the two uhaul locations in Oxford MS were closed by mid afternoon on a Saturday, and on move in day for many students. Therefore, having to drive 15 miles to Sardis to drop off.

I had no problem with this location. The Uhaul rep at this location did what was expected. The problem was the first location in Lexington MS I was given which was an hour drive away and there was no truck there! Once we drove the hour back home, my husband and nephew had to drive 1 hour 40 minutes one way to pick a truck from this location. We lost 6 hours of our moving day which meant we were delayed in moving. This also meant the people who had taken time out of their day to help us were unavailable the next day.

The women at Chevron was very polite and helpful. Uhaul should let the renters know that Chevron open up at 6:00am for truck pick up. The truck needs to be cleaned out before the other renter get the truck. It's unfair that the next renter get charge for the previous owner mistakes.

Classic the trailer isn't there followed with a employee wide failure as I did there job myself hunting down a trailer. Absolutely a joke this is considered legal and ethical business practices. How can you wake up everyday knowing there is guaranteed failure that will occur between your employees both direct and indirect and customers. No evidence of actual business practices or systems, having less structure than a automatic car wash. This is a overall review of U-Haul and all of it's 3rd party and neighborhood rental locations
