We rented a Uhaul from this location. We moved in the pouring down rain and mud all weekend! My husband and I swept and mopped the Uhaul! We even sprayed the inside with Lysol and wiped it down. He charged us a cleaning charge. It was clean.

The driver’s side window got blown out driving through windy Nebraska. When we called roadside assistance, there was no consistency I what we were told. I specifically asked itlfvi needed to call someone and find a place to get it fixed. I was told that Uhaul would call and find a place. I know that originally the people Uhaul talked to said it would be 2 days. However, Safelite ( where we had plastic out over the window) had it in stock in a large city we had been through. My suggestion was that there was likely a Safelite on our journey that would have a replacement window. So we were told that’s Uhaul would handle it and I didn’t need to call and find a place. We were told to make it to Zogden, UT and they would fix it there. My son told Uhaul that it would be late at night when we got there and was told that it didn’t matter. Nothing was done and we had to complete the journey with plastic over the window. I could have called and likely found a safe lite that had the window. It was not a good situation. The people we talked to through road side service told us the wrong information and there were at least 3 opportunities to make it different but continuity of communication was lacking. There was not an offer of reimbursement for our trouble.

I was hit with a number of fees that were not discussed prior to the rental of the truck. For a truck that had a base rate of $39, I have now paid over $300!!

Guy with the bandana tied around his head skimmed a total of $22 from my Uhaul rental amount he gave me one person one day and then upon returning was a different person he acted as though he didn't know that I paid a $100 deposit(paid cash) he acted as though he didn't know math and addressed me as the woman when he should have done all business with my husband and pressured us with his forceful tone that "hey lil lady $48.71 sounds about right is the difference that I owe you" he lied and wasn't hearing what we we're really telling him he did not budge reffered to my hiaband as "brother" he's not your buddy should have referred to him as Mr. Or Sir no more jim Crow and he also talked about democracts wrong place... You DON'T TREAD ON ME SHOULD TAKE YOUR business and shove it and enjoy the extra money you took. Never will return you guys sucks follow policy ALABAMA

The truck I used was old and smelled like it. Your equipment needs to go to a service center at least once every month or so and have all the upholstery and surfaces wiped down and spray something to remove the smell of sweat and cigarettes.

37 min to get me on the road and I had reserved and pre paid for the trailer. Not really dealers fault entirely. Requiring references is a bit extreme. Buy better theft insurance for the one trip in 10,000 where someone wants to steal an old, very used trailer. By the way, why do you not ask the “clean and inviting” question here? The place was small, disorganized, and dirty. The trailer I rented was standing in weeds 3 feet high. I had to drive through deep puddles of muddy wAter to access the trailer.

Make sure the website is synced with the location because I was charged double for a one day rental. I am extremely upset and will be disputing this charged. The guy at this location is a crook!!

Wrong key at pickup and a lot of cars on the lot, otherwise worked really well. There were also a lot of X’s on the truck and when I picked up it only had a 1/4 tank of gas.

The gentleman who "helped" us was beyond unprofessional. He was smoking in our face, never went out with us to inspect the truck, mileage, gas, etc. We will never use this location again.

The trailer was dropped off on 8/23 (day early) a week later 8/27 I had U-Haul calling to see when I was going to bring it back-the trailer never was checked in at the drop off location, I had to leave work and go straighten it out! It finally worked out!

Make sure you make the customer aware of damage to the truck that could cause severe damage to contents. I was not made aware of a possible water leak in the truck that could have destroyed my possessions. Also, I made reservations almost 2 weeks in advance and had to drive over 30 miles to get the car hauler. We used movinghelp.com which was advertised at your location and website. I have damage to several items and can’t get the mover to call me back. Very unprofessional!

I was able to complete my move and have my truck back 24hrs early but I was not discounted the other day of of my bill I think this is bad business!

Love the Drop off Box That way I did not have to wait till they where open to turn the Truck in. The Cameras are the Best idea so there is proof the time the truck was returned.

I had a major issue today. The custom r service I received was horrible. I called in 3 times when I find out my reservation was moved to a location 50 miles away. I asked to speak to a manager and she hung up. I called two more times and she answered again. The person at the location had an issue with her as well. The location was fine and he was very nice. After this experience today, and I have always used U haul over other services but I will not be returning. I would still like a call from a manger

The guy that was there was very nice. The computer was acting up and he jus had a normal conversation with me. Made the wait more pleasant. I would def recommend this location to anybody needing a truck.
