They were very understanding when I made a mistake with the size. I ordered a 5x 8 and I really needed a 6 x 22 trailer and was able to get us a bigger one.June V.
The U-Haul app was crap. Tried to return the trailer after hours on Saturday night, but was unable to get the app to function at all. Had to go back on Sunday morning and try again with no success. Luckily, the rental location opened Sunday morning and they went to the drop off location and checked me in. By the way, called the 800 phone number to see if they could help only to be told by the recording there was a 35-40 minute wait time.Edward S.
employee was extra helpful and very friendly. Not this location, but ordering a truck was very difficult. They emailed me to pick up truck, then changed it and changed it again. I had reserved a 26' one way. The day before I was told I couldn't have a 26' and they said we have a 20' at a different location. I needed 26', but didn't have a choice since I had people scheduled to come in that day. I also had people flying in to help. I was also told that the price would be reduced $200, it wasn't. Now I have to rent another truck! This will end up costing me $2000 that I wouldn't have to if I got what I ordered!LAWRENCE K.
Office was in one location, and trailer in another. Not convienent when you are not a local person. I was from out of town, so not familiar with all the streets. The employee at the location for the trailer was extremely thorough in all the details of the equipment and super friendly!Timothy K.

The overall experience of using uhaul in general was horrible. We had an original pickup location in margate for our reservation on the 30th and our pickup location ended up being moved 3 times. Each time we were told that the uhaul truck we reserved would be available and each time it was not there. We had to call the customer service number multiple times and kept giving us different locations that was not anywhere near us. The 3rd time at the Boynton beach location we are finally able to get what we reserved. The drop off location was horrible and the self service drop of link we received was glitching and took forever to complete the drop off. I understand that there is a limited availability of trucks in the South Florida area for this time of the month, but we did have a reservation and each time we should not have been told we would get a truck if it was not available to begin with.Nicholas S.

Moved 2 years ago around corner to Electric Ave. Sign saying moved hidden behind a truck. We along with 2 others were looking for office until hidden sign was noticed. Uhaul vehicles are still at old site so impression that Hancock is where one should pick up or drop off. 2 years and UHaul can't correct address for pickup. Shame on you!Ellen F.

Personal property of previous user was left in the cargo box. I think our changing box sizes at another location an hour earlier really put the staff at a disadvantage. Jay was great to deal with as was the yard personnel. Truly good people.Kenneth B.

I was sent to this location after getting an email the day before saying there was a15' truck available, not the 10' i requested, at the location id set up and which was more convenient. When i went to pick up the truck at the original location, the truck wasn't back yet and no word on when it would be available. They said they could rent me a20' truck. I had a 3500 drive ahead of me and wanted the truck i ordered a month and a half ago. As a result, uhaul sent me to another location 14 miles away. Not a big deal. The new location was an independent business and they were extremely helpful. I got the 10' truck i wanted, plus i was given 2 extra days and 100 extra miles, since i was traveling so far. Out of date truck. No cruise control. Steering wheel shaked the whole 1900 miles to Minneapolis. Gas mileage was literally double what was quoted. Totally unacceptable all around.Joshua C.

It was kinda confusing on the location. GPS took me to the lot where the trailer was. Small "shed" building there and a guy quickly hooked up the trailer for me and made sure lights were working okay. Then I had to go "around the corner" to the office area and do the paperwork. There was no signage to tell you if you were in the right place. Wasn't a professional office at all just a countertop and a girl with a laptop and a printer. Just looked kinda shady but no problems. Again my original drop off location was changed the day prior to to the scheduled day. Instead of the location on Veterans Highway I was directed to a location on Hancock Ave. I arrived to this filthy dirt lot by 11:00 am . Although the website shows it's open from 9 am to Noon there was NO ONE there to check in your vehicle. I had to complete the phone check in , take photos and drop the keys in the drop box. I was also charged an extra $56 which I did not agree with after prepaying the full over $500. The vehicle was returned with the same gas and on time. I expect an explanation on this. I assumed the drop off location was changed because it was needed for another customer the same day. But no sales agent was there. Based on this experience I will explore other options such as Penske for my future rentals. I still expect a reply on the added charges or I will dispute them.vito Z.

Employee did not check in my trailer correctly so I had to come back and self check in! I had to call twice to customer service. Each time I was transferred 3-5 times and I had to wait over and hour each time! Very frustrating and not worth it. As for the Podunk drop off place they close at 1 PM. You had to find your own space to put your crap. But it was the closest one and convenient location for our needs. I can only hold my transactions were completed and documented. I took photos of mileage and plates in case there was any discrepancies. Not impressed. But still had a local location for drop off.Karen C.

I got a call from the punta gorda uhaul the morning I was supposed to pick up the truck. "sorry we don't have a truck, but there is one in Port Charlotte. You'd think they would bring the truck to Punta Gorda.
