Deborah GHave the same equipment available at all Uhaul vender locations. Uhaul in Lewisville off Main and 35 would not rent me a van had to rent from Round Grove location. Other than that it's was a good experience renting and drop off. Everyone at Round Grove location was Friendly and Professional. Great Job Round Grove Uhaul!

Roy R | ReservationThe 2 gentlemen who helped us at Crest Self Storage for our truck return were awesome...very friendly, nice & helpful. However, they were not expecting us for the drop off. Once again, Uhaul tried to change our location. This time I did not except the change. Fortunately, we were able to do the drop off & check in at Crest. I absolutely have no understanding of WHY Uhaul kept changing locations on me when there seems to have been no real reason for the changes. This if DEFINITELY something you need to correct. It creates unnecessary confusion for everyone involved especially your customers who are already tired from moving!

brenda hEven though I was using the app to pick up the truck, the customer service from Crest Self Storage was fantastic. I was able to do most of the online pick up in the comforts of their air conditioned lobby. The truck itself worked great and the return was simple. Would definitely rent from this location again.

Jennifer SNothing against the people at the location. The truck was terrible it was back firing and popping while driving. The steering was very loose and scary on the highway. It was very slow felt like it was misfiring. The truck shook so bad that it was hard to see out of the side view mirrors while on the highway. The truck was very old and felt unsafe to drive. I've rented from uhaul & penske plenty of times and this is definitely the worst I've ever seen.

After renting a truck online and coming to pick it up, I realized that it didn't have an appliance dolly as requested and paid for. pick-up was at 6AM so nobody was at location when I arrived. Therefore I had to return at 9AM to try to get one of the most important things that I needed for my move.....The Appliance dolly. The old turd that was working had goat manners and a very unprofessional attitude and lied saying that they tried to contact me to let me know that they did not have an available appliance dolly, but after careful review of all ways they could have contacted me I realized that he was lying. I asked did he know if there was another location close by where I could get one and he said "he didn't know" but then gave me a small slip of paper with two numbers and said try these they are within the corporation and may have one. As someone that has been in sale and customer service that is not good customer service. His job was to satisfy a customer. He should have called those locations himself to find out if they had one so that he cod better direct me to a location since I had already paid for it. This should be a teachable moment for him but also an attitude adjustment because I'll never use this location again and will let others know not to go there unless they like dealing with attitude and bad customer service.

Kyle LPlz make it easier to just pick up a truck at a location. Scheduled two weeks in advance to pick up a truck from here. Without the owners this process would have been very difficult. Logistics on uhauls end could be improved
