Find someone to run this business that is truthful with the people who use the rental vehicles.
curt mThey had mileage wrong , so I took a picture of it. Called uhaul, they reimburse my money in 3-5 days.
Zane HEverything went smoothly. Very helpful an friendly at location where we picked it up at.
Bobbie SDrop off was difficult due to the weather. Trying to take all of the pictures and use the website was a hassle with poor WiFi, pouring rain, cold temps and darkness.

David SThere was a significant wait at the customer service counter for the keys for the rental. The customer service counter was unmanned, and other employees could not find the person that was responsible to complete my uhaul reservation and release the key.
Cory SThe equipment I needed for moving, was not with the truck; in fact they didn't even have everything I needed. The slowed my process and impeded my work. But the site itself was nice clean and the staff was friendly.

Thomas BUhaul provided hours that were incorrect. I had to cancel a reservation at one location and create at new one at a new location. Then once I returned the uhaul to the proper location I was sent a bill for a 8 day uhaul rental when my reservation was for one day, 11 hours. I had already explained the situation to a representative before I received the bill. This is a disaster.
Natalie BVery friendly. Easy access. Was told I could drop off at any location with no fee/issues. Not so. Not sure why the only option for returning the trailer was and Moraine versus the one right near my house near Dayton Mall on Springboro Pike.
Garth Hequipment was filthy. needed repaired from prior damage the headlight wasn't secure causing it to bounce going down interstate. plus needing to travel so far to pickup costed extra time that caused that took away from the move time as well as 4 hours after the reservation time

Robert FGlitch here - do a self drop off online. Tried that; however, when I took the picture of the mileage and tried to upload it didn't take it. I went in the store to customer service and the woman there was EXTREMELY helpful. She called uhaul and we gave all the information to her and from there, it was a smooth return. The self drop off (online) wasn't that great. It was great dropping it off in Cresson, PA This is where I live.

Andrew RI asked for a 8 hour rental and pick up the uhaul truck at 715am and returned it at 350pm. So you charged me 40 dollars for missing the 8 hour rental by 35 minutes. Then I filled the gas tank fuller than when I stared, it had just a hair over 3/4 a tank. I filled it up to between 3/4 and full. You charged me $7.13 for fuel! And to top it all off you made me pay double for the safemove coverage. Uhaul will not be an option for me next time.

Terri ANo internet service so she told me to go home and return the truck there. I tried many times and it never worked. Then I contact you all thru chat and they said they would take care of it. Then received a phone call asking if I returned my equipment?!?! Just received a receipt for $0. That's not nearly what I paid!
Kelly EThe only issue I had was with the online renting. They sent me a link to verify condition of vehicle before leaving with it, but the link didn't work. Because if all the hiccups I ended up not getting the truck until hours after intended pickup causing a huge inconvience to me. Drop off went smoothly. I would just suggest maybe not using their online rental and instead doing it in person when picking up otherwise yiu may run into hiccups like i did causing you to be behind.

Sue GThe problem wasn't with the location so much as with UHaul company. I went to three different locations trying to get a trailer. Had a reservation at one place and when arriving to pick up they had no trailers. Uhaul computer systems seem archaic and most franchises don't know how to use them. Bad experience that cost me a lot of time. Days!!!
Rodnet GThey gave me the run around for two day's and never reimbursed me my money for the inconvenience they cause me because I needed a bigger truck instead I had to pay extra for a hookup trailer it was terrible.
CHERYL YI was told that I was the first person to drop a truck off at this location, but the lady that checked it back in was very friendly and did a very good job even though she was new to the checking in trucks.
