Judinelly NTruck is super dirty. Not fit to use it actually.I broomed and cleaned before using it.inhave pictures and videos taken.Muddy and small leftover items from previous costumers. And no washerfluid, truck unsafe to drive passenger side driving side rear view and side view mirror frozen, .Front glass frozen . Waited 20 minutes to defrost the front glass.

NICHOLAS BHave a functioning app/website with full clarity with the store as there was no dolly for me and I almost didn't get a truck due to the app saying that there wasn't a truck stationed for me with my reservation! The call center is a joke, the location helped me out but uhaul itself showed some serious dysfunctional factors.
Arthur RYour vehicle odometer isn't working and charged me 174 km to go 98. The back was dusty and dirty and the length of time it took me to check the vehicle back on was ridiculous and a waste of time

Yaw AWindshield was cracked, something in the back kept clacking like a machine gun (the headache...), I think I forgot my earbuds in the drink holder but 'couldn't be found of course'. Felt like Third World Country U-Haul.
ANTOINE DI would have given 5 starts because the location deserves it. Everyone I spoke with was very pleasant and provided quick service. Now for the reason why they did not get a 5 star. Made my booking through the app more than a week before the scheduled pickup date. The app stated that I could do self pick up for the 10' truck. I walked 15 min to the location to make it there for 8am to pick up my equipment. I open the app to complete the pickup only to receive a message saying that there is no equipment assigned. I had to call the U-Haul number provided and the person I spoke with told me that the equipment I chose does not allow for self pickup. I ended up waiting for an hour for the store to open before I could pick up the truck. If not for this experience, this location would have gotten a 5-star.

assadullah kTruck was dirty when it was handed to me. I took pictures before departing with the van. Came back to return van and was told my charge was about $45 dollar because I covered 15miles. Only to Get home and realized I was charged over $60. Why?
Jovi EIt was not the easiest to find and the parking situation was very tight. The door to the location had plywood instead of glass and seemed very uninviting.

jaskirat sBetter communication between pick up locations and uhaul. I got a call from uhaul the night before my pick up that the location was not available at 9am so pick up was changed to 10am. When I got to the location the clerk had started her shift early so I could pick up at 9am. I lost an hour for no reason. I'd also recommend better info on website while booking. I booked 2 dollys and when I got to the location not only did they only have 1 but it was already rented. The whole experience was not great and very inconvenient and I would hesitate to use uhaul again because of this

Samantha GCustomer service was not helpful. Shady billings even after paying online and they requested we pay again. They still keep taking money even after we are done with out businesses. Charging me for gas after I got the truck on an empty tank telling us that we had to bring back the truck with a 3/4 gas tank which is not true according to.the contract. Please we want them to.return all the money they took from the credit card that was not meant to be taken. I am very pissed with this location to say the least.

ROBERT TOn line pickup was not available at pick up time. Staff was helpful with pick up despite also not being able to log in. U-Haul can improve for next customer by updating and trouble shooting on line experience.

Samuel TTHIS IS THE WORST PLACE EVER, A POORLY MANAGED BUSINESS WITH UNTRAINED, UNPROFESSIONAL DEALER! I rented a van from this store, and two very helpful and pleasant workers told me it would be 59cent/km. They both said that at different times during and prior to the rent. I used the truck for 152 km, filled up the gas as expected, and in fulfilment of my part of the contract. When I returned the truck, I noticed I was charged more than what would equal [(59c x 152km) + gst]. I inquired from the new agent attending to me if there were additional charges to the bill. She asked if I did insurance, I said no. "Because I am wondering too why you are charged this much" she said as she studied the details further even with the help of a calculator. She then quickly put a call to someone, spoke with the person, and later handled over the phone to me. I has thought she actually called one of the guys that gave me the van, until I asked the person on the other side and he said he is the boss. In all honesty, I was more than happy to be able to complete the task I used the van for, and central to my concerns in knowing what additional charges I possibly incurred was to guide my future use of the service from the same store. And not necessarily to argue, haggle and/or fight over a differential that is inconsequential to ruin a renter-store relationship! So, the Boss told me about 3 different contracts, and asked me to follow him as he walked me through the content of the bill. I told him I could not see the details of the tiny-written, and faintly-printed receipt issued to me without my glasses. But I listened attentively as he continued with the explanation. But when he finished, and it was my turn to respond, he started not to let me speak and I told him I listened to you, why won't you listened to me? He responded, "I don't have time for this, I explained to you, why the need for further STUPID question?" I became enraged, and we exchanged profanities and unprintable words on the phone. I felt cheated, used and exploited!
