Many changes were needed to provide me with a trailer.Lots of phone calls, the DM got involved, in the end, it turned out better than I originally planned. I am well served at Uhaul. I've been using Uhaul for years. I call Uhaul first when I need to move anything. Thanks

Tires were old and had a blow out and the trailer pulled to the right almost caused me to crash .when I called them and told them to exchange it or me drop it off at a different location they wanted to charge me for the 3 days and a one way charge even so I had it less than 1 day . Very unreasonable u-haul will never get my business ever again
