I had made reservation for a Uhaul Trailer back in August/Sept of 2020 back in Santee/El Cajon Ca. I was told 4 days before hand that my location had changed to Tucson Az, next day it was changed again to Yuma AZ, the next yet again Casa Grande AZ. I left that very day to make sure I would have a trailer and not be bounced around again. My Question to you guys is Why make a reservation only to not honor it, jump me around and than drive a total of 12 hours to get a trailer? I was charged more than originally agreed upon for my original reservation. Do you even know what the word Reservation means in the business world? Quite frankly Uhauls business model is atrocious. I will never again use this horrible, dishonorable company and I would seriously encourage others to avoid Uhaul as well.

Many changes were needed to provide me with a trailer.Lots of phone calls, the DM got involved, in the end, it turned out better than I originally planned. I am well served at Uhaul. I've been using Uhaul for years. I call Uhaul first when I need to move anything. Gracias

Tires were old and had a blow out and the trailer pulled to the right almost caused me to crash .when I called them and told them to exchange it or me drop it off at a different location they wanted to charge me for the 3 days and a one way charge even so I had it less than 1 day . Very unreasonable u-haul will never get my business ever again
