Put we had a dolly and we didn’t, also insurance which we said we didn’t need because our insurance covers us.

Be more inviting! I drove up and was not sure if I was in the correct location. I walked into the building and the man inside looked upset that I had even showed up. Told me he would be out to help after he was done texting. I dropped the truck off a day early and was charged $30 something extra! I was told I would receive a discount if I drove the truck to this Uhaul from the person I called when first renting the 15ft" Uhaul truck. The morning I picked it up I asked to confirm I would be receiving a discount. The woman at the Uhaul rental in Idaho said that was correct and they would send me the discount after dropping off the truck at the next Uhaul drop off. I had to drive about 3 extra hours away from my destination just to drop this thing off and THEY CHARGED ME FOR IT!!! Its a bit upsetting. And just to be clear for anyone who's not understanding. I went from point A, the Pick Up Location in Idaho, I than drove less than a mile to pack it up (the old home), Next day I drove strait to point B, (new home) in Southern Utah. Almost 8 hours of a drive one way and I only stopped for gas. After unpacking I drove to point C, "the Closest Drop Off Location" that is 3 hours of a drive away from my New Home! So, 14 hours in a day. It was not convenient and I feel a little cheated.
