Will never use U-haul again. The fees I paid the 1st time was told it was for 2 days even when I spoke to representative because I normally would never use Crazy Ed's but needed a truck. Location has no cell service. All around very poor experience. Never again will use Penske

the 72in wide trailer only has a 58in. gate opening, so a 60in mowing deck WILL NOT fit. so beware, u-haul claims if you rent it and leave the yard you will have to pay for the rental regardless if it works or not sorry, bad business u-haul

When I arrived at the scheduled pick up time, the facility was closed. Your recovery customer service was excellent, and the manager did get us hooked up and on the road - he even gave us a jump when the car stalled - so that location sucks, your customer service was really good.

The front end of the 26-footer that I drove bounced all over the road I'm not sure if it needs a front end alignment or if the weights or something need to be adjusted the sandbags this and whatever they put in the tires but it is horrid

This is the 2nd car hauler I have rented within 2 months. The first I picked up from the Lebanon NH location. This time, you Uhaul forced me to pickup from Newport. The newport location was ok, but not great. The unit itself was rusting fairly badly. The part that lowered the fender down broke promptly when I tried to use it and the entire unit detached itself from my truck, putting a large dent in my licence plate and knocking some paint off my truck.

When I picked up the truck the gas tank was not full, when I was done I filled the tank but did not get credit for the extra gas I put in the tank. The gas tanks should be full after each use!

I rented the U-Haul in good faith with my credit card and said I would promptly pick it up at 9AM Saturday morning. We waited two and a half hours for someone to open the store all the while having 8 people standing around waiting to get started with the move. This was so very unprofessional. I'm throughly disgusted.

The rear ramp stop on the truck was broken and it was was a real hassle (and a potential safety hazard) when setting up or retracting.

The truck was nearly new, which was nice, but the back of the truck was filthy with dirt. Also, I was requested to bring the truck back with fuel in it, but there were no gas stations nearby the rental location! After driving around for 10 additional miles trying to find a gas station, I gave up and turned-in the truck without refueling it. Very frustrating and costly! I feel like every time I use uHaul, you guys find a way to nickel and dime me out of extra money. But, since you guys are generally the only game in town, I don't have much choice but to use your services.

These sort of U-Haul locations are weird. This is a motorcycle/snowmobile/ATV/chainsaw/snowblower/etc. shop. The guy behind the counter seemed a little put off to have to deal with me, I was the only customer in the whole place, and he only said 4 words. Perhaps if he doesn't like dealing with U-Haul then he shouldn't be a U-Haul location.

First off I had to reschedule my move due to dealer being closed at 3pm on day of my pickup Saturday July 23rd. I called in an was able to get a truck on the following Tuesday July 26th. When i went to pick it up it was not available due to last customer not returning as scheduled. They called and found me a truck in nearby town. I went to pick it up and found out my 2 day unlimited miles rental was now a 1 day 100 mile rental. I was not able to get everything done as I had to watch my miles or be charged extra. When picking up truck dealer did not walk around showing damage, or if truck was clean and didnt show fuel lvl. He didnt ask me if i wanted insurance and didnt get my signature on the contract, he just tossed me keys and said their i go.

There was a dealer listed in my town but they did not have any U-Hauls that day - so I had to drive 10 miles out of the way. To be fair I think I should have gotten credit for the 10 miles out of the way I had to drive.

I wanted a dolly, got a drive up hauler. The wires were broken, I fixed them, the hauler was too small for the truck that I wanted to tow. The back tires hung off by over a foot. Then the ball lock malfunctioned causing damage to my truck. Never again!
