Louis GIt's not the location or the person renting the Uhauls. It's the Uhaul company. The whole process was a nightmare! I tried to pick the Uhaul up early but spent an hour answering all the questions on the app. once I got there. And to have to call someone to verify it's me. NOBODY will answer a call coming from a number they don't recognize. If my headshot isn't enough...I will probably never rent another Uhaul truck. So much time wasted and infuriating. Also, allowing me to book at the Uhaul place of my choice and then KNOWING that place has no trucks. Doing it, just to get me to book. AWFUL!!!! Changing my place the day before. So, infuriating!!

Susan LTook more money out of my account plus kept deposit, and we had to wait for trailer to be fixed cause they could not look it over before (we didn’t even leave lot) also we picking truck up after they hooked it up they texted us to say they didn’t even have the trailer hooked up right( after they looked at the pictures they took). So glad we know what we were doing and looked the trailer over before we left or I would not be writing this I would be in a box . Thanks Uhaul for caring about your customers safety ….
